Jeff was great. Very informative about all the questions we had, especially about the equipment.
We have used Lockwood since building our home in 1991. We just had our 27 yr old furnace and Aprilaire humidifier done and also our A.C. unit that was the original unit replaced in our house. Doug and Mike did an amazing job. We couldn't have asked for better service. If you're looking for any work that needs to be done, you definitely want to call Lockwood Furnace Co. Thanks again.
I will say this I have been a loyal customer with Lockwood since the building of my home in 2004 and I will continue being such because of technicians like Matt who visited me on 6/23/23. He provided me with so much information regarding our current air conditioning unit that i am considering replacing both the furnace and air conditioning units. He was extremely professional and friendly and explained to me everything he was doing and how to get my units replaced. I really enjoyed his visit. I told him that all the information he provided he sold me on looking at getting my units replaced immediately. Thanks for sending him to my home what a really nice young man.
Matt is very knowledgeable in what he does whenever I need something fixed or just maintain my furnace or air I always want Matt to do it

I called on a Sunday to schedule service for a Monday and spoke with their answering service. The service told me they would call me first thing Monday morning to schedule an actual appointment. Monday morning, shortly after Lockwood opened they called to schedule. They were very accommodating for my schedule and gave me a window that they would be there. Before my technician arrived I received a call that Jeff was on his way. Jeff arrived and was so great! He walked me through everything he was doing and answered any and all questions I had about the process and what all the parts actually did. Jeff had a bit of a struggle to figure out what was wrong between my non-working thermostat, AC Unit and furnace. But he was able to figure it out and get me up and running in about two hours. Jeff was the absolute best!
The tech, Jeff, was on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He addressed all of my issues in a timely manner and was very pleasant throughout the whole process.
Doug and Mike removed my old furnace and AC. Then installed new state of the art furnace, AC and thermostat. They are the BEST! Made sure it was perfect for us. If you need any HVC work done...call Lockwood they will do the job right!!! Thank you for your service....I willcontinue to use them fir all my HVC needs!!!!! Call them!!!!!
This was Jeff second visit to our home, and as always he does a great job. He is very polite and explain everything he's doing and willing to answer any questions we may have.
They usually come out twice a year, fall for furnace and early summer for AC. This is the first time a service tech actually took the panels off the AC unit outside and cleaned it. Although he didn’t have to do it I very much appreciated his time and advice! We have cottonwood trees in the area and the unit was filled with cotton! Thanks to Matt it is all clean and looks brand new! Super great guy, thanks again Matt!

I bought my home in Kendall Ridge about 20 years ago and have dealt with Lockwood since then I have used them for semi-annual maintenance and any needed repair work and my AC and furnace have lasted 19 years. I have recently chosen to have Lockwood replace my AC and Furnace and I Confident they will do the same great job for me. I am a huge supporter of local business and Lockwood is a great one. Very highly recommended by a very loyal and supportive customer.
My technician was Matt. He fixed the problem with my outside unit in under 30 minutes. Even after the issue was resolved he noticed the unit was really dirty and gave it a thorough spray down and cleaning. Great guy! Great service!
Jeff was our tech that came to visit. Very professional. Explained everything in detail. Even though he got caught up on another install, they called right a way. Nice to have a business care about the customer's. So far replacement coil has taken care of the issue. Thank you again for your help. I have been recommending this company to everyone I know.
