My AC wasn’t working, I called Joyce Heating & Air Inc. and their technician Ian called me back within 10 minutes. He was at my door 20 minutes later and helped figure out the issue. Ian was extremely polite, professional and wore shoe covers in my house which was much appreciated! Thank you Ian and thank you Joyce Heating & Air Inc!

We've been using Joyce Heating & Air Inc for several years now. It started with simple maintenance. Then, once our old furnace started to show signs it was on its way out, Joyce Heating & Air Inc provided a replacement solution that worked for us. Since then, we've gotten them to provide annual inspections (including replacing humidifier filter) and recently, when we noticed a small amount of water pooling at the base of our furnace, they sent a technician over right away (in the middle of a typical busy, hot summer!) to quickly address. Joyce Heating & Air Inc prides itself on customer service & they don't disappoint.
Great service and highly professional
Sam replaced an old aircon split unit in an upstairs bedroom and installed a fresh one in our studio. As others have observed, all was professional, good value and pain-free. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job also when predicted, communicated well and cleared up as if he hadn't been. Don't know how he managed this all on his own. Would definitely recommend.

I had an AC that was not working properly and I called him. He came over and gave me a very good estimate on the repairs, which were not cheap. However, he was able to fix my AC unit and it works much better than it did before! I would certainly recommend him for any heating or air conditioning issues you may have.
Rip offs
5 star service provided by industry professionals. They took time to troubleshoot a problem and helped me make the decision to upgrade my appliances. No pressure or unnecessary sales pitch. Greg worked well into the evening to get the job done. He is a great asset to this company and knows his trade well. I will hire Joyce Heating & Air Inc. again if I ever need a HVAC service.
Joyce Heating & Air Inc. sent out a technician to investigate why my thermostat went blank and my furnace wouldn't start the day after my house was inspected. As soon as he entered the attic, he noticed the furnace's power switch was turned off. When he flipped the switch, the thermostat and furnace turned on. He didn't want to know how much it would cost. I rate him and Joyce Heating & Air as five stars.
The technician was great! He was very informative and answered all of our questions. We were so happy that we could not only get service on Saturday but he was able to get our AC running enough to cool us down until he could get the parts needed on Monday for the full repair. By Monday afternoon the repair was complete! Great work for a very reasonable price!
I’ve used Joyce Heating & Air Inc. multiple times for installation and maintenance and even if I had issues, they are quick to rectify the situation. My current tech is great. He knows my system and is very knowledgeable. He gives suggestions on what to do to make sure my system is running well in between services and different add-ons for longevity. Highly recommended.
Joyce Heating & Air Inc. is a company I would recommend without hesitation! Their tech came when he said he would and completed the installation of the ac and heating units all at a great price. Good quality work. No problems this far and he provides the best warranties on labor and parts. Would highly recommend for any heating or cooling services.
One star just because there is no no star option. Heater went out over night called them at 9:30am got a 10:45am to 1:45pm. Called back at 1:30pm for eta, nothing. Called back at 2:30pm, nothing. Called 2 different other companies and got responses and booked one that gave me an eta for later that day. Called back at 3pm canceled my appointment and asked for the manager to call me at least to get an explanation as to why my kids and wife are sitting in a freezing home in the middle of winter and now its 9pm almost 12 hours later from the first initial call and no phone call or email or any form of communication from their part but I do have heat thanks to another good company.
Job well done! Mike did an outstanding job of checking out our furnace, making some modifications to our Nest thermostat, and informing us as to the correct filters we should be using. Very knowledgeable, well trained, an excellent spokesperson for the company. Our furnace had been installed by Joyce Heating & Air Inc. several years back, and we will continue to both use them and recommend them for any heating and air work! They are the best!!
