I have used J n A for service for many years ( more than 15). They have always met my expectations! Great service!!
On time .very knowledgeable with questions asked on service being done.
Our air conditioned recently stopped working, had another HVAC company come out and quote me $3,000 for a repair, then recommended I replace the entire system. I opted to get another opinion from J&A, turns out all I needed was a new fuse - drastically less expensive. I would recommend the professionalism and honesty of J&A to anyone!
The service man was excellent. He explained everything he was doing. He was very professional. He serviced both the AC and furnace. I felt I had excellent service. I will be using this company again.

I have called upon Johansen & Anderson numerous years ago to have a new Heating/AC unit installed in our previous home and we’re very happy with the price, timely fashion of the install and the professionalism they showed. In fact, 2 of my neighbors had J&A install new units in their homes as well. Now we’re in our newer home and will continue to use J&A for maintenance on our heating and A/C system.
The Tech showed up on time was very professional and the job was taken care of.
Travis was thorough when doing the maintenance while also explaining things about my current system. Look forward to using them again.

I received 3 quotes for replacement of my furnace. Their quote was very competitive and they were able to complete the job before others. The 2 employees that installed the unit were friendly and professional. Ductwork modifications were needed and the work that was done looks top notch. Highly recommended if you need HVAC work done.
