Called Kenny in January 2019 on the recommendation of a friend (Tony who installed my system and is no longer in business). Our furnace was acting intermittent. The flame sensor was cleaned. Problem solved. It appears the problem "may" be back, so we may be contacting you again soon.
I'm not sure what happened to my last review; but Kenny and the team at DuPree are the best! They were referred to us by a family friend and we will never use anyone else again. They are professional and hardworking: and just good kind people to have in your home or office. You can't go wrong if you choose DuPree!!
If your looking for a heating and air service this is who you should go with. Ken the owner came out had my a/c unit fixed in no time. I’ve never had a better experience with a company than I did with his. He truely cares about his customers. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
Dupree worked magic for us! Another company had looked at our unit and could not sort out what was wrong. Jeff came out and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and committed to getting our AC up and running - which he did! He explained everything to us along the way, made recommendations for maintenance and we will definitely be using them for our HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend Dupree - they care about their customers!

Dupree is top notch in my book! Easy to deal with, prompt and courteous, does great work, fair and reasonable prices, honest in their business. Years ago I used a different company and the first thing they would do is be looking at their phones pulling up replacement parts and pricing and always trying to sell me something. They could never fix the problem without making a sale. So happy that I found Dupree and I will not use anyone else. I highly recommend them.
DuPree HVAC provided timely, friendly, and economical service. They did the job cleanly and everything was explained. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done in their home.

Dupree Heating kept our system running for a longer time than it should have run! When we no longer had air we finally had to give in. Very happy that we did!! Our bills are lower and we are more comfortable. Even with the extreme heat this summer our bills are lower than ever. I highly recommend Dupree, they are honest, hard working and very trustworthy, you can't go wrong with them!
