The whole process starting with discussing our needs and options with Dan and getting a price for the Fujitsu, then placing the order and scheduling the install, and finally the install, was very efficient and fast. I asked for a lot of details about what we were getting and the installation, which Dan patiently explained. Dan’s crew did a very tidy installation. I tested out the heating and it has worked very well.
They did a great job with the tankless water heater installation. They arrived on time and did neat work. Benjamin was very responsive, explained everything, and promptly replied to all my questions before and after the installation. I strongly recommend Dan and his team.
Mark and his team were good and very efficient. Definitely went the extra mile by bringing in heaters as the suppliers were closed for the long weekend and even came on Sunday night during a long weekend !
The team was very thorough and worked late into the nights to get the job done quickly and efficiently - it took about three days to get everything done. They also ensured they cleaned each night so that I didn't have to deal with the mess myself. When there was suspected issue - they came in less that 24 hours any removed any concern I had following. Very pleased overall and would highly recommend.
We contacted Best company with the intention to replace our water heater to tankless. Upon the site visit, Dan quickly identify a more pressing need for us to replace the outdated boiler. Dan has provided us with the perfect solution of replacing both with one Combination Boiler. We were impressed with Dan's responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism. The unit is installed within one week of our original contact. We are very pleased with the performance of the Combi Boiler.
My old furnace broke down during the sharp drop temperature in GTA . Best Comfort Heating and Cooling responded to my urgent furnace repair call, and Dan came to my home to fix my furnace within an hour after receiving my call. The problem was diagnosed and removed quickly. Service fee was absolutely fair. I will definitely continue using their services in future for my heating and cooling needs and recommend to everyone who needs any kind of residential HVAC services

After repairing our boiler last year (on very short notice), they had to come back this year when it wasn't working again. It needed to be replaced. They were very helpful in quickly sending a quote and recommending a new boiler and walking me through the steps. They came quickly to install the new one. It was not an easy job as we have a very old house but they stayed into the night until it was done. Much appreciated!!
We had a problem with the level of heat in our third floor bedroom. After researching different options available, we landed on putting in a ductless mini-split AC unit. After reaching out to five different companies, we were immediately impressed with the level of attention and detail provided to us by Dan. Dan came out the next day for a site visit. Knowing a third unit installation and our particular set up would not be a "traditional" one, Dan walked us through every step of the installation and work required to ensure a proper and safe installation.
