Tim M. was at our home today to do our yearly a/c maintenance. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He fixed a noise that was being made outside the a/c system. He also fixed an annoying message that my thermostat was showing. Thanks to Tim I feel confident that my a/c system has been cleaned well and is in very good condition. We have been Hoekstra customers for 30+ years. Hoekstra is an excellent, reputable HVAC provider in the South Suburbs.
Tim came over today to fix my elderly parents air conditioner unit. It is very old and he could have easily told us that it needed to be replaced - but he got it working! I use Hoekstra in my home too and trust them tremendously! If it can be fixed, they will do it!

We had service for our AC which was not working. Our repair technician was Larry M. After explaining to Larry M. what was happening with our AC , Larry went right to the suspected bad part verified it was bad , replaced the bad part, and had our unit up and running in about 30 minutes. Very professional. GREAT JOB!! Thank you

Stephen F. did an excellent job on our HVAC semi-annual maintenance and check-up; he was very knowledgeable about our new Lennox heat-pump system and was able to answer our questions about it.
I had to replace my air conditioner unit and decided to use Hoekstra. I had done business with Hoekstra before at my previous residence. They are expensive, but believe me the cost is worth it. You get what you pay for. My installer, Chris Bartlett arrived on time and explained the job would take at least 8 hours. Chris did an excellent job. I can feel the cool air coming through every vent in the house now. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hoekstra again. Everyone I came into contact with there did a fantastic job, from the young lady who took my initial call, to Brian Meeks the salesman, who got me a great deal, to Chris Bartlett the installer. Stephen arrived less than an hour after our call for emergency service and had our 20+ year old A/C unit working with a new capacitor shortly after he arrived. He did a thorough check of the system to make sure there were no other problems. The service call could not have gone better.
James and Timothy did a great job on our furnace and AC installation, I highly recommend them.
