It seems like it is so difficult to find an HVAC Service company who really 1) cares about its customers, 2) wants to do more than sell a job and 3) has a team of remarkable techs. With On the Mark, I have finally found all three. My system was old, inefficient, loud, taped together and when it started going out again a couple weeks ago, I knew it was just time for an upgrade/complete replacement. I've had a few companies out to give me quotes, knowing the lingo and the right questions to ask because I work in the education side of the HVACR industry. I was so excited and refreshed to find Mark and his team! From the ease of setting an appointment, to the consultation, to the install, On the Mark Heating and Cooling is doing EVERYTHING right. They take the time to listen to your concerns, ask questions and explain everything. They follow the right procedures, conduct a load calculation to ensure they are sizing your system properly. They work with you to find the solution that works best for you and your home. Today was install day and my technicians Jack (and Carlos? Sorry if i got his name wrong!) were AMAZING! They explained everything they were doing, worked neatly and went over everything when they were done. They also did some beautiful work - tight lines, etc. I HIGHLY recommend On the Mark Heating and Air. Thank you for being the company and team that all HVACR companies should aspire to be!
The technician called about 30 minutes to let me know that he's on his way. He arrived on time. Adrian took his time and explained everything very thoroughly in great detail. He told me that the A/C fan may be starting to leak some oil and advised me that it's hard to predict whether it will continue and if and when it will get worse. Not surprising since the unit is about 16 years old. I didn't feel pressure at all. I told him that I'm not willing to do anything in regards to replacing anything. He was very professional and kept asking me if I had any additional questions or concerns. Also, he took the time to explained to me about their annual service maitenanance contract which I may end up doing. Overall, I was very pleased with the kind of service performed. I will definitely recommend them.

We just had On The Mark out for a service call. It was our first time using them and were very impressed. Our technician was Chris Bauer, and he was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC maintenance.
There is a reason why On The Mark Heating and Air has the highest ratings in our area. I had the pleasure of working with both MARK and CHRIS and they are top-notch! They both are highly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My central a/c was not blowing cold. They were successful in diagnosing the issue and providing multiple options for repairs at reasonable prices. They explained everything in detail from start to finish. Their demeanor was also patient and respectful and did not make me feel like I needed to drop thousands of dollars for a new unit. Sharing my viewpoint of repairing the old instead of getting a new unit is commendable. They have the utmost integrity that is rare to find in a contractor. They’ve earned my trust, business, and highest recommendation!
Thank you for being so informative I have had the checks done every year but yet not told of some basic needs to keep my units effective for a long life. The technician spent his time explaining on the phone since I could not be there. I appreciate the effort because I do not have knowledge about these units. The basic items to help me as a homeowner are important and I value the time that was taken to help me
Chris and Alex came out to service one of my air conditioning units and one of my furnaces. Very responsive, polite, friendly and professional. I’ve used On The Mark in the past and never had an bad experience. Honestly save yourself some time and just use these guys for any HVAC needs!
Excellent !! I needed emergency service and On the Mark did not disappoint Mark himself was here the next day after my call and 2 days later my system was installed ... Kudos to Jack & Carlos on a job well done ! I had others here to give me a quote on a new furnace and air-conditioner ... as a widow their quotes and time line scared me .. Chris did an exceptional job from showing up on time to explaining what was going on with my system. He demonstrated his knowledge of all the workings and explained what needed to be done now and what can wait. He completed the work promptly and double-checked his work after he cleaned up. I am impressed by his knowledge and highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC service.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his team. His tech, Chris, was so knowledgeable, and I was amazed by his ability to break everything down barney style, without making you feel stupid. Not only was he extremely polite and professional, but his attention to detail was amazing. Their quality truly shows in their responsiveness, quick turnaround, expertise and dedication to doing a job right. 15/10 will be using Mark and his team for many years to come!
Mark was great, explained all of our options for the quote and answered all of our questions. Installation was easy and the techs were very thorough in testing the new system. Our installation techs Jack and Carlos were friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about the systems. Our interactions with Kelly at the office were painless and on point with any information or actions needed. We will certainly stay with On The Mark for our future HVAC needs!

I had 2 Air Conditioners and 1 Furnace replaced. Mark went over my options and patiently answered all my questions. Jack and Carlos did the installation and both were professional and 2 of the hardest working guys I have seen, I was very impressed with their work ethic. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend to my friends and family. They did a great job and I know it was not easy considering one was in the attic and other one in the crawl. Glad I chose On the Mark!
