The technician showed up on time and was strictly adhering to the covid norms and had shoe covers all the times when he was inside the house. did an excellent job inspecting our ac/furnace and clearly explained what needs to be done and the pricing options. I had a lot of follow-up questions and he is very responsive in replying to messages. I wholeheartedly recommend Sentex Heating And Air Conditioning.

Very outgoing and supportive staff, from the receptionist to the guys who do the work. Steven installed an inducer motor in my furnace, and Glenn checked another problem I thought I had, but I had no problem, Glenn is very well-informed and accommodating. You will not find a better company to work on your furnace or AC. Magnificent!
Our furnace finally went out and Sentex Heating And Air Conditioning team was able to be here in a few hours and replaced it the next day. Everyone who came to the house followed COVID protocol, was nice and professional. I hope we won’t need their services for awhile but when we do this is who we will call.
