The technician was great and very professional. He showed up and diagnosed the issue with my AC rather quickly and immediately went into action in fixing the problem. He had the needed part in his van and within a few minutes, my broken AC unit was up and running. I highly recommend him and will be referring him to all my family and friends! I am so pleased that I chose Noonan Heating & Cooling Co to install central AC in my home for the first time. Len took the time to explain the procedure and potential challenges. Once I decided to go ahead with the job, the company was prompt and the installation went ahead seamlessly. Great communication with the office administrator. A pleasant experience from start to finish!
I found Noonan Heating & Cooling Co. on google and they were very responsive to my initial inquiry. They were able to come out the next day for the routine maintenance for the commercial building that we are renting. They arrived on time, were very professional and thorough. 5 stars all the way.
I just had a new water heater replaced and was very pleased with all the work they did. They were very sensitive to the pandemic. They wore masks, gloves, and called me on my cell phone if there were any issues with the installation. Before they left, the area was clean and any questions I had about using it were patiently answered. Highly recommended.
The technician did a good job getting my furnace back up and running. I was able to get a discount and the prices were already very cheap compared to other companies l had service equipment on other properties. Thank you for the 5 star service!!!

Noonan Heating & Cooling Co is amazing! They installed some equipment last summer during some of the hottest days of the year. The crew showed up on time, worked all day and were professional every step of the way. The admin lady that scheduled the appointment was courteous and helpful. The entire experience was seamless! I would recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional work at a fair price!
Had a cold weather, furnace emergency that required attention after supper. The technician was up front with pricing, expectations and timing to arrive to the house. He then worked quickly and provided a thorough explanation of what he did, how to prevent the issue from happening again and answered my questions. The pinnacle of professional, fair and honest. I would like to update my earlier review. After reading my initial review, one of the owners contacted me and credited the additional charge back to my credit card, so I only had to pay the original service charge amount. His response was courteous and professional, and was exactly how I was hoping Noonan would respond to the issue. Therefore I'd like to increase my rating, as they obviously do care about their customers' satisfaction and making things right.
Sheldon is a great technician. Super courteous, professional, and diligent. I am a renter and my AC unit is old and needed a part that required an appointment the following day. Instead of just leaving and coming back he stayed an extra few hours on the appointment to come up with a solution so I could be comfortable until the following day. Awesome!
Called for rough estimate, I was told a charge of $150 for an estimate and it does not cover the cost of actual work. Terrible customer service. Cant believe they are rated 5 stars. They are out the door - 1 star for me.
After several estimates and research I decided to go with them. Couldn't ask for nicer guys that installed my furnace. Noonan Heating & Cooling Co. took pictures of what the old furnace looked like and then of the new one. They explained what they were doing and ask if I had any concerns. Thanks guys!
I had a problem with my central air unit and called Noonan Heating & Cooling Co. They responded quickly to my call and sent out a technician. We decided to have the entire system replaced and he did an excellent job. He worked very hard to make sure that everything was taken care of.I was very impressed and will highly recommend them.
From the time they came to give us an estimate to the time they finished the installation, they were friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the entire process and will highly recommend this company! Excellent!!
Their wonderful specialist arrived on time, was very polite and eager to help with what we requested. This was one of the best experiences we have had using a HVAC company and their team in a long time. I would recommend this guy with his company to anybody in need of heating and cooling system's needs.
Luke was terrific as my new AC installer! He was polite, professional, and patient with all my questions. He fully explained steps along the way keeping informed of all aspects of the install. He and his assistant went over and above the whole install process making it a pleasant experience for my wife and I. Give that man a raise!
This was my second job done by Noonan and the techs spent the time listening to my questions, explaining and helping me to be absolutely sure of the placements of my units. I was very happy with the work and its appearance on the outside of the home. Spectacular!!
Luke was fabulous! He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional, efficient and respectful. He explained what was wrong with my AC unit and how he was going to resolve it in a very professional manner. I was very pleased and especially that he knew his business. He has made me a loyal customer.
Glad I found them. When I choose companies, I really look at reviews carefully these days. I had read about Luke and how great he was. I was glad to have him show up. He knew exactly what to do and gave me great advice and information on expectations of how long my AC units will last. When I need new units, I will call this company for sure.
I can't say enough nice things about Luke. He was very personable and friendly; he was even great with our dogs. As the service specialists always do, he wore shoe covers while inside the house and made sure to turn off the lights and return the thermostat to the original temperature when he was done. Thanks Luke for making it so easy to be a long time customer.
