⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars all around. I called Mike and he was out the next day to take a look at my unit and see what was wrong. The following day was a Sunday so we could not do anything but Monday morning he was right back to work and had my AC blowing ice cold before noon. My wife and I just bought this house and unfortunately the first thing we had to take care of was the AC but Mike made it happen and helped us out. I would definitely recommend him and 100% call him next time I need some help.

Great experience getting my AC going again. Responded to my call immediately. We made an appointment for very early AM as that was all that worked for me to get to work on time. Mike was quick/thorough and honest. Others simply have charged my AC in the past and ran! Mike went through the system found a part not working properly (I actually believe the tech from the big company I used last year missed this). No need to even charge me for expensive Freon. Then he fined turned everything so the system is working better than it had for years. Good honest & knowledgeable guy to deal with. My new HVAC go to.

Mike was great! Quick to respond to my message and was at my house first thing the next day! He not only fixed my concern, he didn’t leave until he knew my AC unit was up and running! Ended up finding another issue and I appreciate him being so thorough and honest! He was very communicative and you can tell he cares about his customers and wasn’t just looking for an easy fix and out. My dogs loved him as well and are thankful to have some cool vents to lay on once the hot weather truly hits. Thanks again!

If you are looking for a reliable HVAC tech with a positive attitude and all the relevant industry skills and knowledge to handle each and every problem that may arise over the life cycle of your mechanicals then your search is over. You'll see Mike and Shadow's response time is nearly instantaneous and their preparedness when it comes to troubleshooting and parts availability is second to none. Mike not only uses his expertise to solve your issues he shares his knowledge to allow you to learn some of the more basic hacks to fix minor problems on your own. He does a fair Santa impression as well as he showed up on Christmas morning to get our heater working. Quite simply always puts his clients needs ahead of his own and it shows. Great service, honest, timely and fair.
Gigantic shoutout to Shadow Heating and Cooling...mom just got discharged from the hospital yesterday, with a condition she's had for years that can be very life threatening when it decides to flare up for no reason. She finally gets home and 24 hours later, the A/C decides to cut out. Granted being comfortable while recovering is a much appreciated luxury at this point, since she wasnt going back to the hospital 🤣 I'm sure she went to bed saying "I'm fine" and "it's not a big deal, we will figure it out Monday" despite tenps reaching 80+ in the few hoirs between the breakdown and me finding out about it. I didn't know a thing until my dad contacted me and told me what was going on, and that they were going to wait until Monday for their appointment to not have to pay emergency rates for an HVAC company to come out. I shot Mike a message on Facebook hoping at the least he'd have time tomorrow or Sunday to at least take a peek. And I kid you not he was there within 45 min after being given a very brief description of the issue. Not only were we not oversold on trying to get us a new unit when its 25 years+ old...he (with no exaggeration) had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. For less than half of what it would have cost to have any major HVAC company to come out. If anyone I know needs an honest person to look at their heating or air I have no hesitation pointing them in the right direction. You're seriously awesome Mike and saved a whole weekend of worry and headache for alot of people!!!
A++++ Mike and Shadow Heating & Cooling are second to none! He arrived quickly, was caring, reassuring, and worked with my schedule. I felt like I was a very valued customer (not just another customer in a big pile). He was honest with me about everything. No games. He went above and beyond in his work.
