Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job. Our ductless unit was installed terribly by our previous installer which caused it to malfunction with damages. Taking time out of their busy schedule, the technician came in and educated us on the problem and went to work on fixing the issue. He was finished, our unit operated like new. Excellent craftsmanship and great professionalism! We highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning. Bought my furnace 2 years ago from Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning and have had them take care of since then. They installed a humidifier that we didn’t like so the came and replaced it with a different style. Happy with the service and support. Pricing is excellent. I would contract them again and recommend to others.
Very pleased with the work that they has done. They were able to fix my air conditioning issue quickly and efficiently, and they did a great job of communicating throughout the process. If I ever have a problem with my heating or AC again, I will definitely be calling them!

Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning was suggested to us by our next door neighbor and after calling them up, John Mott came to our house to provide us a quote. He was extremely nice and walked us through each and every part of the process and also did a thorough assessment of the kind of machine we needed to install and also provided a number of options. Complete waste of my time. I was told someone would come between 11am-4pm, waited all day, they kept giving me a run aroud and telling me someone would come by 4 for sure. At 3:50pm they call and said they couldnt come. I asked to speak to the manager, they wouldn't give me a phone number. At 4pm they told me someone would come i have to keep waiting. At 6 pm they called again amd said they cant come today amd that it happens sometime and there's nothing they can do about it. I wasted my whole day. I even went to the location they have listed on Google (in Hainesville, IL) but they address they listed ia a plainfield, it's not real. It's horrible companies like this exist. I give them 0 stars.
As the owner of several rental properties in Philadelphia, I needed immediate attention to a stubborn HVAC unit. Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning jumped into action and went right to the source of the problem. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the bill was for exactly the time on the job and exactly for the parts needed. Their review and assessment of the problem was thorough and accurate. Very pleased with their level of service.
Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job explaining everything about the furnace/AC upgrade in layman's terms, going over all the different options and what they actually mean. The work was precise and quick, these guys are definitely professionals and great at what they do. Definitely satisfied and would recommend to anyone who needs to upgrade their heat/ AC. Change your filter every 30 days!!
I called them for AC service on 5/26/20, they said they had availability the next day 5/27/20 between 10a and 1pm. I thought that was odd cause the other 15 HVAC companies I called were booked. Waited to 12:30 pm on 5/27/20 to checkin and called them, said the tech will call me soon with an eta. No call until 2pm. Called again, same deal..I was informed a tech will call me with an eta. Called again at 3:30, same deal...said a message was sent to a manager and tech and to expect a call in 20 minutes. Waited 45 minutes and called again and cancelled. Then it made sense and how much "availability" they had. Pretty much what they do is take on as much appointments as they can and give you the run around with excuses. Dont expect truthfulness from this place, WOW. Imagine how many shortcuts they take when working on your home if they cant even commmit to a schedule and be honest about it. Absolutely horrible communication and lack of class. There are plenty of other heating/cooling places besides this poor excuse of a business.
It was an excellent experience working with the Matt from initial contact for consultation all the way through post repair follow-up. He came when he said he would come, was polite and friendly, fixed the problem and left all within the hour. I would use Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning again and would certainly recommend them to friends.

Called Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning to have them look at our gas fireplace. They were very swift, showed following day on time. They carefully checked the problem with the furnace and had it fixed immediately. Reasonable rates and great technical knowledge. I'm very happy cannot hesitate to recommend!
