I took two days of from work to have them come look at installing a new system on my walk in cooler. One day they didn't call me, I had to call them for a no show. The next I missed a phone call and a another no show. I understand I live 20 miles away but I was in contact with them for over a month just to try to get them out here. Then they asked me to wait another three weeks for a appt. No thanks
Bush refrigeration was awesome! Fit us in at a moments notice was very understanding about our situation and waited until we got there to service our fridge. Definitely will use Bush again. Brett Edward's was awesome!

My walk-in cooler had a freon leak. The repairman found the leak and took care of it.
I find that King H&C has service techs that are extremely knowledgeable and the coordinating staff in the office are always pleasant to speak with.
