Our AC unit had quite working and was producing hot air instead of cold. The tech that was sent out diagnosed the problem and we provided us with two options to fix the problem with all questions answered and clear explanations of the underlining problem.
Technician Ricardo arrived on time and was very helpful, professional and curtious. He found the problem with our furnace and had it up and running in no time. Ricardo Adame is one of the best service techs I have ever dealt with
Ricardo did thorough troubleshooting as our thermostat was not working for A/C or Heat. Apparently the motherboard failed, which explained why thermostat couldnt comunicate with either system. He explained things clearly & very well. His very professional service & the quick response from the company with same day service is remarkable. I believe we've found an HVAC company we can trust! I highly recommend G&R & Ricardo in particular!

Ricardo was prompt and throughly explained the service that was done to my airconditioner.
Was just an A/C get ready for summer check up but he checked the entire system. Had some recommendations but wasn’t pushy at all very professional. I would recommend this company.
