New furnace and AC. Great crew and nice experience from beginning to end. Good value and quality installation. Nice folks to work with all around. They even went above and beyond to climb into my attic to investigate a condensation problem I mentioned after the fact. I highly recommend these guys!! AAA+++

Thank you very much for the flawless installation today, Premier Comfort Heating & Cooling! They arrived on time, and the installer were quite professional and knowledgeable. They were also particularly cautious when moving the old Furnace outside and bringing the new one inside. They cleaned and removed the boxes and pieces after the installation and never left a mess. Joe came out to do a tune up on my furnace but found out it was not repairable… 22 years and time for a new one. He had to shut my furnace because the possibility of carbon monoxide into my home. Joe offered me heaters to use if need be but I had one to use.. Joe made a phone call … and the new furnace would be installed the next day! I always try to use local businesses in my community and it pays to do so… They really care at Premier Comfort!!
Premier Comfort was flexible enough to provide same day service during cold weather to fix and perform maintenance to my furnace. Joe was knowledgeable and professional and explained everything I needed to know. I plan to use Premier Comfort for future services.
Hello- I just wanted to briefly share an experience that I had with Keith at Premier. I called in on a Sunday trying to source a replacement pressure switch and I was totally stressed out. I called Premier and Keith immediately came to my assistance. Keith relieved my panic by instructing me over the phone to clear a dirty pressure switch and get my furnace up and running again on its own. I am so grateful to have worked with him and for his insight. With his volunteer effort, he saved me money and time with this fix . He showed me that he represents a company that truly cares about their cause and the people they service. I have to admit that I will be considering using Premier again in the future as I would encourage other people to do as well.
Our furnace was malfunctioning on one of the coldest days of the year. One of the owners came out in the middle of a snow storm and had us back up and running in less than 2 hours from when I called. Exceptional and friendly service!!! I would highly recommend this company for any heating/cooling needs!
Have always had great experiences with Premier Comfort. They have come for routine furnace cleanings and are always very professional and helpful. My furnace recently ran into some issues and they were able to troubleshoot and fix the issue over the phone which was amazing! Highly recommend
Premier comfort was excellent. They were able to come assess the problem right away, and even were able to replace our furnace that same day ! We were very pleased with our service from every employee.

Since the first time using them 3years ago to just today, having Premier come on couple different occasions and they have yet to disappoint, Joe who has come out twice now and Kieth the first time, were very professional, honest let me know exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. Very inexpensive like plenty others have said in other reviews, you are not just a $ sign they take their time and explain things and make sure everything is up to par before they leave. Will continue to use Premier and refer if them to people.
I have been using Premier since I moved to the area a few years ago. These techs are super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I use them for yearly maintenance on my A/C and new furnace, which they installed a year ago. I highly recommend Premier.
