Very professional and friendly
Left a message over a weekend about no heat, and we promptly got a service call Monday. Josh was friendly, helpful, and persistent about determining the problem and finding a solution. Bit of a tricky situation, so the boss paid a visit, too, and together they solved the problem. Was concerned we would be overcharged for extra time spent trying to resolve the problem, but that was not the case. Heinold's was completely honest, trustworthy, reliable, prompt, friendly, and got the job done! Spent many years with a different HVAC company, and we took a chance on Heinold's based on a family referral. Certainly glad that we did!
Josh had very good attitude, explained ideas well, and was patient. He is clearly a man of God and is an excellent employee. I was also able to interact with the boss. He, too, was respectful, clear, and effective. This is a good company.

If you're looking to pay top dollar for a name brand furnace such as Carrier that lasts for 11 years before needing replaced this business can help you...maybe. When sales tells you to call them "if I forget" which they do "forget"and to this day,weeks later, never return your call. When a 4 to $5000 purchase can't get you a return call business is good, just not your business.
They quickly got us scheduled and fixed an intermittent problem with our furnace professionally, on time and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
Receptionist is NOT kind at all!! Called to ask if I was on the schedule for today and she rudely responded it would be today or tomorrow. The men working are extremely nice and helpful but the person answering the phone needs to learn customer service skills.
Very pleased with Heinhold Heating & Air Conditioning. We have used them to service our house from time to time. We recently sold our house and they helped us to show the potential buyers, work that had been completed in the past. They went out of their way to explain in detail about our hot water heat system and how it worked. They have always been helpful and have always given us a very honest opinion about what we should do even if it meant that they were not going to get as much money from it. We highly recommend them.
