Our air condition went out on Wednesday evening around 8pm, I sent an email to TTCS same night at at 7am on Thursday morning Jens called me back. He was in Elmhurst already and could stop by at 8am. By 9:30am Thursday morning we had cold air blowing in our bedroom again. One of the capacitors on the compressor had gone bad; Jens replaced it and went over both units to check for gas pressure. Perfect service at a fair price! 👌

We have been working with Jens for years now and we have always had great experiences with him and with the company overall, especially the year we lost heat in November!
