He's a master in the field of HVAC! He installed a new carrier unit for our apartment and even informed us that our main home was low on coolant, which he was able to replenish while he was out here, and it's now operating better than ever, despite the fact that it's old and on its final legs. When it's time to replace that system, we'll call again!
Mike was a very knowledge technician! He was sympathetic to my hearing difficulties and spoke loudly and clearly, so I could understand him with his mask on. I appreciate his social distancing. He offered suggestions to help keep our York running smoothly for many years to come. He was very friendly and professional.

This was our first time using Sunset Heating & Cooling. After waking up to a cold house, I was referred them and was impressed with the great reviews. The receptionist who answered was friendly and able to get someone out to our home that same day thankfully! Our technician, and he was friendly and professional. He took his time to check on our complaint and was able to get our system working again quickly. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
I hired Sunset Heating & Cooling team to replace my old furnace with a new one and they did a great job! My house did cause some difficulties with the install but they did everything in their power to satisfy me and in the end I have a great furnace that keeps my house and family heated! I will not hesitate to reach out to them again for my future services. Highly recommended!!
I saw good reviewed so I called them up for a service. This company sent out a third party company to my home. Truck has no sign of sunset heating. The guy was rude and unprofessional. Kept smoking in front of the house. not recommended.

The Sunset Heating & Cooling guys installed my new furnace efficiently last year. When last week I had and issue, Gerald and James were able to make time and fix my problem in less than an hour. Professional and had good communication skills. No need to look for other providers anymore!

Sunset Heating & Cooling Crew came out last winter to my dads house right away when the pipes burst and had the job done in no time. We have been using his services ever since. They installed our hot water heater and recently got a maintenance on our 3 oil furnaces. The service is great and we wouldn't go with any other company!
The Technician came to our home while we were at work and kept us in the loop as he repaired our A/C. He was very polite and professional and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. We had Gerald show up to do some adjustments on both our units. He was polite, knowledgeable and explained everything he did. He installed both of our units and have taken very good care of them.Will definitely recommend.

Previously over the years Mark and his team from Sunset Heating & Cooling have been incredibly responsive when my old furnace would break down. Later I decided to get a new one and these guys did a skillful, timely, and very professional job. My wife was impressed too at the workmanship. Sunset Heating & Cooling is an awesome people to work with!!! Called after hours when our furnace suddenly stopped working on a Saturday and they were at my home that very evening and got everything running within a very short time! Very professional and timely!
