The crew from Pioneer Commercial HVAC Co did an excellent job getting my Air Conditioning up and running efficiently. I had huge bills recently. They were able to determine the problem and fix it. The price was very reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be a returning customer. Contact them if you have any heating and cooling needs, you won't regret it!
We had Pioneer Commercial HVAC Co. install a minisplit system in our home. They were punctual and professional- also great at checking in with us throughout the project to keep us informed! Chris managed the installation and we highly recommend him and his work. He was knowledgeable and helpful as we were making decisions through the process. We acquired semi-annual A/C & Heating maintenance plan. We had our furnace serviced in the fall, and experienced no problems through the cold weather season. We recently had our A/C serviced. Trevor came when scheduled, serviced the A/C unit swiftly, and did not try to sell us additional services. Tremendous!

Charles was very professional.The water heater had become extremely unreliable, working intermittently. He explained the issues and was able to get it running reliably again. His rate was extremely fair and reasonable! We were very pleased with the service.

We could not be more pleased with the service regarding our air condition repair that was done today. The service technician took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was able to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Needed help with an emergency dealing with carbon monoxide, called them and they said they would be out soon. We waited for 5 hours, and a technician finally reached out to us. He just asked for a phone number, and never called back. 6 hours later, I called him and he did not answer. Texted 30minutes later and said he would have to come tomorrow. Very unresponsive and unreliable, and the customer service was rude and unwelcoming. Would recommend reaching out to someone else. We did, and we found someone almost immediately.
Pioneer Commercial HVAC Co. was recommended by a close neighbor. The technician was on time and very thorough with the inspection and routine servicing of our air handler unit. He was patient in explaining all the details of the service call and would openly recommend.
Charles did a commendable job inspecting our A/C unit. It turned out that it needed many repairs which is uneconomical. He did not charge me for the checkup and advised me on the options I have for a new unit.Will highly recommend.
