A First time user to Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling and I am very impressed. After 'chasing' another service company in the area for weeks I called CF this morning at 9:00 and they had a service tech at my house at noon with the problem resolved in 30 minutes. Matt, the service tech, called before arriving was pleasant, knowledgeable and diligent. I will be switching furnace, heat pump and generator over to Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling. I look forward to continued service from Matt at this company in the future!

We needed a new furnace and AC unit right away, and this company was able to get the job done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They even came out on short notice when we had an emergency. I would recommend them to anyone!
Simon's crew were professional, punctual and very polite. They paid a good deal of attention to detail throughout the installation process. I highly recommend Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling. All parts of the process from sales through administrative and installation were responsive and professional. They really came through for us when our HVAC system failed right before a holiday weekend.
CROOKS!!! DO NOT USE! They will charge you $75 for a year. Whole time this is a scam company! They dont even know who they send to your home. Super dangerous. Their technician tried to scam me but I was quicker than his scam. DO NOT USE! The reviews are paid and fake bot reviews.
Yesterday, we had our new Carrier HAC system installed. Less than a week ago, Michael supplied us with a swift and thorough inspection and quote. Our installers, Alex and John, were likewise timely and courteous. They left no sign of their removal and replacement work, and they clearly explained the new unit's features to us. I heartily advise anyone with similar requirements to contact this firm!!
I had Semaj come by to fix a wiring issue with my HVAC, and he was great. I called that morning, and he was available for a same day appointment after I got off work. He was friendly and fixed the issue quickly at low cost. I would definitely use again.
Our AC broke on a hot day so I called Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling and they came out right away. Dean was amazing and our AC was up and running in less than an hour. Prompt, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend and will hire again.
Had an appointment scheduled for 2/14/21 between 10 and 1 pm. I had not heard from them so after 1 I decided to call only to find out that they can’t make it today! Did they call me no they did not how truly unprofessional. Then she tells me they can’t reschedule for next Saturday or the one after that! Never Again!!! How unprofessional!!!!!!!
We moved last year and highly recommend Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling. They offered outstanding customer service, fast response, extremely knowledgeable but most of all trustworthy. We met with the team to install a mini split HVAC on the 3rd story of our townhome so our main HVAC system would be better efficient on our other 2 floors. I have been using John for all my HVAC services. It’s nice to have a technician who is so courteous and friendly. He always explains what needs to be done now, what can wait, and what the options are, in a way that is easy to understand. I fully endorse him!
My heater was working all day Saturday until that evening. I found this company online and thought let me give them a call. They answered right away and it was Superbowl Sunday. They were very nice and pleasant on the phone. Would hire them again.
Great service by Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling technicians. They did a commendable job with our annual tune up and were very informative. There was an unexpected repair which he did very quickly. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend.
I am not one to leave reviews but I really did have a positive experience with the tech Courtesy Industrial Heating sent out. He was kind, informative and not pushy. Pricing was quite fair vs. the market. I had a very positive experience with him, well worth the time to write this. I would use this company again. Well done.
Have had Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling do work for us for several times and been very pleased with their service. They come out when promised, the prices are reasonable, the work is done in a timely fashion and they are proactive in identifying any potential problems with our systems. I stayed for about a week without working AC dealing with shady companies before finally coming to Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling. They are simply the best in the area. When I called them, the lady I spoke to was so understanding and they sent a tech to my home within 2 hrs. Fred was great and obviously knew his stuff. I had my cool air back again after 30 minutes.
