Very responsive, excellent level of service. Technician performed the services to a level never seen before. The required part was ordered immediately and installed within the week. He replaced my furnace a few years ago, and do my annual furnace maintenance on my furnace and AC. They are a great company. And as always, they did a great annual maintenance on my furnace.
great business! They have been repairing my AC for a while, and they are consistently polite and trustworthy. Anybody in the neighbourhood who requires heating and cooling services should contact them, in my opinion.
We hired this company to install a new heating system, and we were so impressed with their work that we hired them again to replace our old windows. They were fast, professional, and friendly. We highly recommend them!

Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. is a fantastic company! Jason did the estimate which included everything and was reasonably priced. He was very professional and guided me through what I needed for my home. The work was done in one day and works like a dream. It included a year of service. .
I called to have someone to come out and give me a quote for a replacement of a number of HVAC units and installation of a brand new furnace unit. They asked me for $99 service fee and while I explained to them that these are replacements, they said that is the fee for someone to come out and give me a quote, which they are not mentioning it anywhere in their website! I guess $99 is such an insignificant number to them, that they feel it is okay to charge for someone to come out and give me a competitive quote! Not the way to earn my business or any business to be honest.
The service was prompt, professional, and satisfactory. I'm very pleased with my choice of Pearson Heating & Cooling Company. After completing the quote earlier in the week, I had an installation appointment at the end of the week. In terms of efficiency, my new ductless system outperforms my old gas furnace. Pearson Heating & Cooling has maintained my aging Rheem heat pump system for several years. When that system failed, I called upon Pearson Heating & Cooling again. Everyone there was great! Ron and the Techs...First class! My new Bryant system was installed in a day and has been working perfectly. I recommend Pearson Heating & Cooling highly!
Thanks Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. for your excellent service. The technician that was dispatched to my residence, was pleasant, diligent and professional. More importantly he identified the issue and showed the damaged parts and areas that needed repair. I requested a receipt and he promptly sent me an itemized receipt to my email. The issue is now resolved and I’m enjoying cool air. Thanks again. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Great experience from beginning to end. The technician was very thorough and flexible in explaining my options moving forward and I especially appreciate him not trying to up sell his products. It was apparent, he was more interested in providing a feasible solution than garnering a larger commission. He was awesome with the installation!!! On time, professional, clean and explained the process all the way through. I would highly recommend Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. for HVAC jobs.
The amazing team from this place did a great work for us. They saved me many times, from small issues with my AC to major issues that I needed fixed immediately to get AC back. Their level of service is unmatched. Their prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend!!
Excellent work from these guys. All around my experience was incredible. Their pleasurable crew were able to solve my challenging AC installation. I did my due diligence in getting multiple quotes and they did not disappoint me at all. This is a superior company and I highly recommend.
Josh and the service tech from Pearson Heating & Cooling Co was excellent. He showed up on time and promptly got to work. He was able to educate me and walk me through the maintenance of my A/C unit. He discussed possible issues but did not push anything unnecessary on me. An all-around great service. If you have the chance to work with Josh, you'll certainly appreciate his work and knowledge.
If I could give no stars I would. Total ripe off unless you think a $150 upfront charge is okay and $400 an hour for labor is justified! Plus there was no discussion of what the problem was, nor what the correction would be, he just did the work and then charged a ridiculous amount.
I recently had Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. fix my air conditioner. Josh technician came out the next day, provided a very fair quote, and was able to complete the work in an hour. I was very pleased with the end result and the workmanship. Would recommend unreservedly.
