Excellent customer service. The best technicians. They know geothermal and are the experts in the metro east. Installation and repairs are both in their expertise. I'll continue to do business with them and I trust them greatly.

We wanted to take a moment and thank Jake Griesbaum and Toennies heating and cooling. Our parent's a/c went out over mother's day weekend. Jake Griesbaum was quick to respond to our call and assure us that everything would be taken care of as soon as possible. The Toennies crew arrived that monday morning and made quick work getting the a/c replaced. The work was efficient and top notch. They had our parent's new a/c unit up and running in no time at all. The crew was respectful and cleaned everything up as if they'd never been there and the cost was very reasonable. We can't thank Jake and Toennies enough for the fast and reliable service they provided for our parents.Toennies has always had a great reputation in the area and its really wonderful to see that Jake has continued those values in serving the community. Simply wonderful!

Called on Sunday night and left a msg. They were out Monday afternoon. Great service and friendly and fast. They installed my AC and furnace and have been great.

Had Geo-thermal installed to a 17 year old home. Everyone friendly and very professional. Answered all my concerns. Steve and Travis who installed the water furnace couldn’t have been nicer and very hard working. Joe and Mike , the owners also were available when there were questions. We have used Toennies for almost 30 years. We have a water furnace (geothermal). Toennies has always responded quickly when we have had any issues, technicians are knowledgeable as well as professional and pricing/fees are reasonable. Would highly recommend.
