I contracted with Ford’s Heating and Cooling to get a sewer line camera inspection and sewer pipe location service performed. From the office administration staff to the service personnel I was extremely satisfied with the company's professionalism, customer service and helpfulness. All of my interactions were positive and the staff graciously answered all of my questions and earned my business. The service personnel answered a number of specific technical questions I had so that I knew exactly what I could expect on the service date. In addition, on the service date the technicians gave me, in addition executing the service, a wealth of in-depth knowledge about residential plumbing, HVAC and water systems. In fact, much of the information they generously offered extended far beyond the specific nature of the service call. In all, the customer service experience was fantastic and the information the service personnel shared has made me a much more competent and well-informed homeowner. I was very satisfied with the service.
These guys are the best! I had a problem with my heating and air conditioning system, and they were able to fix it so quickly. They were also very friendly, which made me feel like they truly cared about my situation.

They came out to my home, diagnosed the problem, and got to work. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing as he worked on my unit. He also provided me with a quote upfront which was very helpful in making sure I knew what I was getting into. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs heating and air conditioning services performed.
Ford’s Heating and Cooling are the best! I've had them for a long time. Professional, on time, and completely reliable. Both John and Fred are treasures. They installed our new air conditioner last week. No hassles! Totally happy with their service!!
I called Fords because of the excellent on line reviews and a personal recommendation. I was all set to use them as our 18 year old air conditioner died. I asked to set up an appointment for an estimate as I was pretty sure we needed a 4ton unit but wanted to see if there may be an upgrade from that that would make sense for our home. I was told it would be a $300 service charge to come out on a Sunday. ( I did call at 11:30 Saturday morning) so I said that would be ok for us to wait until Monday. They were very polite but then stated it would be a $100 service charge. If they would have said that money would be credited against the sales price when we purchased it, I could possibly understand, but multiple other company's with just as good and even better reviews are willing to come out with no service fee.
John was sent to my home to assess installation conditions and size of the AC unit I needed. He left me a quote, and once I decided they installed in the very next day. The installers were skilled, courteous, and very professional. I have no regrets in working with them!
I must say that it was wonderful to have a technician that was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He kept me informed with frequent updates on everything he was doing. He also made sure that I understood what happened and he was eager to answer my questions. Your job was appreciated.
Ford’s Heating and Cooling were very keen and thorough and did a great job explaining all of the steps he was taking to switch our house from summer mode to winter mode. Craig ensured that the new heat pump was working perfectly before he left the house. I strongly recommend his services.
Craig was on-time for his appointment. He is very knowledgeable and detailed in preparing my estimate. Someone I would definitely call if I had any additional questions. I was uncertain as to specifications needed for my new unit; however, he explained it explicitly and I even learned a thing or two about air conditioner units.
Ford’s Heating and Cooling has been there for us on multiple occasions when our AC has failed, even a couple particularly late evenings on a weekend. They're our go-to for anything air related and have always been professional, reasonable, and up front about pricing.
Craig did an outstanding job. He suggested some changes to my job list that I had not even thought about. I was so thankful that he did as I was very happy with the finished work. Reasonable pricing. I will definitely be hiring him again.
When I came home this evening we had no heat and within 2 hours we had a service man at our home and furnace was repaired. It has always been a pleasure have Craig come to our home and perform his work, he is always very neat and thorough with and when calling the office the ladies are very polite. Thank you again Ford’s Heating and Cooling for a job well done.
I Usually don't give highest rating to any company, but I found Ford’s Heating and Cooling to be top notch. They were very professional. They came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate, and installed a new furnace the same day. Very competitive pricing! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
Ford’s Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job replacing my Air Conditioner today.Our house temperature have been unbearable for the past 2 days and we resorted to Ford’s Heating and Cooling after 2 different companies dint show up for our appointment . Craig and Max were great to work with .They started on time and finished on time and made sure everything was right before they left. Thanks and would recommend highly.
Ford’s Heating and Cooling just replaced my old Furnace and did a great job. I couldn't be happier. They were professional, fast, clean and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them!
