Never showed up and phone number is disconnected. I was still charged for the service - not sure what's going on but they may be out of business.
This is the second time I contacted Zepsa Mechanical . The first time was just to come out and check my furnace to make sure was ready for the winter months. Last week my furnace was blowing out cold air. I contacted Zepsa Mechanical for a emergency service. They were at on another job and will be at my residence in a hour, to my surprise the technician arrived in 15 minutes. He found the problem with minutes and had the replacement part in his vehicle in all this took about 15 minutes to get my furnace working again. I highly recommend Zepsa Mechanical for their superb skills and proficient and their honestly. The low cost is a plus for his services.
The guys at Zepsa are all stars. Show up on time, talk you through the issues they see and give honest quotes for what you need. No BS. Highly recommended. Update: Had a couple smart thermostats, a zone damper and humidifier installed in Nov. Everything working perfectly, done on time and under budget. Zepsa guys will be back in April to check the AC. Do yourself a favor and go with Zepsa!
Better late than never, Larry replaced a 24-year-old furnace in my building, and it works like a charm. He and his co-worker did a great job. He moved my washer and dryer and finished up in a timely manner. Other than more than satisfactory work, Larry's communication was excellent, and everything was one time and done right. I highly recommend Zepsa mechanical.

Great crew of guys who do exceptional work. I've been service writing for 15 years and I could tell these guys are straight shooters from day one. I've had at least 5 visits now dealing with everything from minor fixes to replacing mechanicals. Some jobs were clearly prioritized by the team when the issue was urgent, and others they took some time to figure out a creative (read: cheaper) solution. I've always felt well informed, the work has been done the right way every time, and the pricing is transparent. They've gained my trust and I'll have them back.
Zepsa Mechanical was recommended to me by a coworker, and what a great recommendation it was. We were moving to a new place and wanted to install central air there. Larry came over for the estimate (which was the lowest among several contractors I asked) , took a lot of notes and explained installation options and process in great detail, thoroughly answering all of my questions. Larry and his team worked long hours, including both Saturday and Sunday to finish the job, and it turned out even better than I'd hoped for. I will make sure to use Zepsa for any HVAC-related work in the future. Five stars and highly recommended!
Zepsa Mechanical did an outstanding job installing and maintaining brand new heating and cooling units in my commercial buildings. Larry was communicative and informative throughout the process. His team was able to get the work done per our schedule and fit into our budget (Larry even gave us coupons to save money even after we had a signed contract). I would highly recommend Zepsa to any residential or commercial customers looking for a good, honest, reliable and budget friendly HVAC contractor.

Fantastic service at a great price. I called about a broken AC unit on Monday, someone was over in an hour and diagnosed that my 20 year old unit is faulty and a detailed explanation where the problem is. I was able to schedule service to replace the unit Thursday morning. They actually ended up doing the service Wednesday evening since they knew the next day its going to be super hot. Professional, courteous, and top notch workmanship.

My first experience with Zepsa was excellent. My scheduled appointment was at 5pm due to work, but Larry called to say he could come earlier in the day in case somebody was home in the heat. I thought that was a nice touch. Larry was able to diagnose and resolve the AC issue quickly, explaining his thinking along the way. He was also great at giving honest, thorough answers for any questions I had. He also provided several options along the way, with an honest analysis and explanation of each. He also had a great sense of humor and was in the best most possible mood for somebody that had been up since 4:30am working in the heat! I'm always a bit cautious finding new contractors, but Zepsa is a company that has certainly restored my faith. Definitely recommended!
The peak summer is not in yet but I am glad we did it now before peak of summer. I figured that installation was really the most important thing when it comes to installing a new system. I was looking for someone with good reviews on installation within our budget. Dont go with those big ones like Homedepot Costco etc, they are expensive and not sure if they will be as patient and perfect as Larry. I am glad I found Zepsa Mechanical for a great price. Larry came with Pete and Rob. They worked from 8 am to 3pm. They did an excellent job without rushing into the installation. They also replaced the valve on my water heater. The house has the perfect temperature now. I will only use this company again.
Larry is the best HVAC guy in Chicago. He installed my A/C and does yearly tune-ups. He’s always prompt, courteous and fair. Would highly recommend.
Explained everything clearly in advance. Showed up on time and replaced our old old furnaces and A/Cs in 2 days. Very neat. Did extra work without extra change. Very reasonable price. Larry and his company deserve a five star.

Really nice guys and quality work at a reasonable price. He was able to come out to assess the problem really quickly and arrived exactly when promised. Told us what it would cost to repair and it was right in line with what we thought it should be. But since it was an old furnace we asked for a price on a new unit altogether. Again, good price and they could do it the next day. Top quality work. Highly recommend!
