Poor experience - have called multiple times for a quote on a new installation, very unresponsive
This hvac group is prompt,respective and professional in all hvac services. They consulted with our traveling Team,families( Attorneys Military Consultants) for hvac services,repair,new installation. Yes we would recommend Wantuck for residential,commercial services with licensed, bonded services..They offer repair to selected brands. Continue to research and develop green resources and hvac options Wantuck… Many more years of business… Photographs of success,progress.
I have been using Wantuck since we first purchased our home. The previous home owner used their services and they came highly recommended. Our first experience with a furnace issue happened days before Christmas. Our furnace had to be replaced and we took the opportunity to upgrade to a more efficient unit. The New unit was installed and running in time for Christmas Eve and our holiday plans were not spoiled. 20+ years later and relatively regular maintenance has made us happy customers.

Employee was very friendly, respectful. He gave tips for maintenance, answered questions, and cleaned up after himself.

Service repair person arrived on time and immediately started the work and determined that the motor is not working and explained what is needed. His name is Michael and I want to thank him for coming that day.
It is just wonderful having Wantuck Comfort Solutions so close. Everyone I deal with from Wantuck employees (whether the office staff or the service technicians) are always so Professional and Courteous. Jaime was so polite and clean while installing my new HVAC equipment. Monica is always on top of things (keeping me CALM when I am having a panic attack or just asking questions) about the new HVAC system. I feel at ease when dealing with Wantuck Comfort Solutions!! I just too bad that I cant rate WCS with more stars!!! THANKS!!

We have a maintenance plan. Brandon walked me through my issue over the phone on a holiday weekend and prevented an expensive visit. He was super friendly, new what he was doing, and fixed the issue in <10 minutes. Thanks!
Alex did a very thorough job with the spring cleaning and checkup of the air conditioning system. He also did a good job of explaining a potential problem that is developing in the system and how to resolve it when needed.
Wantuck installed our HVAC system 9 years ago and have serviced it ever since then. We have generally been satisfied with the system performance and with the twice-a-year cleaning and maintenance service. However, until Alex G. showed up this week for the spring service call, we didn't know what real service is. Besides being friendly, quick, responsive, professional, and easy to work with, he performed a much more thorough cleaning job than anything we had experienced previously. We definitely will request him for future service calls.

Wantuck is responsible for keeping me cool in the summer and warm in the winter! This is a reliable, trusted and friendly company with whom to do business. They installed my new Carrier A/C system several years ago and together we have been maintaining it and my furnace in perfect working condition. They come to the house twice a year and their technicians are knowledgeable and first rate. I wouldn't use any other company!!
I feel I need to give this revue if you’re in search to fix your air conditioner or Heater I truly recommend Wantuck Comfort Solutions. I recently had to get my heater fixed it wouldn’t start and it was very cold out and I tried to call three different companies in the area and they all wanted me to make an appointment with them to come out in three or four days because there too busy until then. My wife and I were too cold to wait that long. But I finely called Wantuck Comfort Solutions at around 1pm suggested by a friend and they said to me, would you mind if we come out around 10pm today or is that too late for you? To my surprise, I said YES, come out that would be great. They came out on time and the young man had it working in no time at all. I say, try this company, you won’t be disappointed, their very nice people.
Brandon is the best guy there. He explains everything and put my mind at ease. It's a very honest company. I've dealt with them for years.
