I’ve used Leo and his team many times now and the experience has always been great. They recently replaced my AC condenser which was a total mess and the whole process was quick and easy. These guys are honest, friendly and professional, so I’ll continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

We recently purchased a house with an additional coach house rental unit and had Leo and his team install a whole new HVAC and heating system in the main house. They were very knowledgable and thorough. It was challenging since the house is older but they paid attention to every detail and got the job done perfectly! We had a few repairs needed that we've used Leo for as well in the rental units. (Leo did not install original HVAC in rentals) He was able to easily access the issues and correct them quickly. I would absolutely use Universal again and recommend them to everyone I know!
