The service technician was an outstanding representation of United Heating & Cooling. He was technically knowledgeable about the Condensate Pump and its maintenance. He was professional and very polite. He showed up with his mask, gloves and booties ready to solve our A/C issue. He solved and completed the issue in a timely manner. Anthony did an excellent job while here, and we would highly recommend him. Thank you!
We absolutely loveUnited Heating & Cooling! You cannot go wrong with this company. Craig has been helping my mom and dad, sister and us for years! He is a joy to have in the house! He is knowledgeable, professional and ensures that the job is done properly!! He answers questions and explains everything he does. Today's visit was for furnace maintenance and as usual, he went above and beyond to keep things running. I look forward to seeing him again in the spring for air conditioning maintenance!
For a week, we were without air conditioning. Inside, the temperature was rising and was exceedingly unpleasant. When the United Heating & Cooling team arrived in the morning, the old system was replaced, and the new one was up and operating by afternoon. They were prompt, careful, and quite polite. They were courteous and friendly as they described everything they did. They made sure I understood the guarantees and everything I needed to know for system maintenance. I would heartily suggest these people to anybody in need of heating and air conditioning repair.
I’ve used United Heating & Cooling since its beginning! Everyone is professional and skilled at their job plus they are unfailingly nice and polite. I will recommend them in a heartbeat! Worth having a good HVAC company here with our weather extremes.
Had some work performed by United Heating & Cooling and I was very impressed with the company. They are extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch.
These guys delivered and installed our new furnace for us. All alternatives, including those for repairing the existing one, were explained. The price was fair, and the installation was prompt and professional. For years, our family has used this company for HVAC-related services, and they've always been, and continue to be, trustworthy, reliable, and a class act. I called them today because I found water in my basement. I spoke to a nice girl on the phone, she told me that they would be there within my 2 hour window and they were. they came out did the work no non sense, we very clean, laid down tarps so not to ruin my carpets, or hardwood floors. The guys were quick and courteous, and all at a GREAT PRICE!! I would recommend them for any job that needs to be done !! THANKS AGAIN !!
After 20 years, our condenser needed to be replaced. Mark had to come meet with our family about an installation that turned out to be more complicated than expected. He was terrific, always helpful and on call. United Heating & Cooling company has left a lasting impression on us. The installers did a great job and we will always recommend them. They’re terrific!
Excellent service! Called in the morning and here by the afternoon, Ken was a life saver. Hottest day of the year and he saved me and my 6 kids by repairing my AC. I will recommend this business to all.
There were a few problems with my AC that needed to be fixed before my family sold our house. It was easy setting up an appointment. They were able to set one up the following day! Erick did a great job! He answered all of our questions and was very informative. I cannot thank United Heating & Cooling enough, especially him , about the service provided.
