Since the furnace was old and repairs were not worth it, he replaced the unit the next day. He was responsive, very professional and explained all that needed to be done, including the new thermostat. I would recommend him and Union Heating And Air Conditioning to everyone needing heating/air conditioning service.

Came out to scope for installing a NEST system. Someone they left me with a broken HVAC and dents in my fresh painted walls. I’ve called 6 times and each time call goes to a call center. I’m told someone will reach out and prioritize my case but it has been 24 hours and no resolution. I’m told there is no direct line to a manager.
