I’ve been using Titan Heating & Air Conditioning for a few years for both AC and Heating repair and maintenance. They are very professional and honest and always take the time to explain the problem and repairs. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family!

They have a wide range of offerings, including installation, service, repairs, maintenance and even repair parts. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which makes it easy for me to schedule when I need service or repairs completed. The staff is friendly and professional at all times.
Called them to repair my air conditioning unit and they came out the next day. They were very professional and courteous. The technician was able to fix the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!
I am so happy to have found this company. I had a problem with my heating and air conditioning system in the middle of winter, and they were able to come out right away and fix it. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to come out, especially since it was so cold outside! They were very professional and courteous, and I will definitely be using them again if I have any other problems in the future.
I agree with Erin who posted a one star review about Titan. I should have listened to her review. Leonid came here on August 21 to look at our furnace. He told me that apart is broken. Before he took my money, he said he will come back the next day or the following day. It has been three weeks!! This company did not return calls. Last week, the rep said they got the parts and it will be fixed this week, and the technician will call me back yesterday, September 12. No one called again. I called them again and got the same answer, “We apologize. Someone will call you back.” Then, I got a text from them saying the parts are not available. The company texted me saying, maybe “the other rep got the part but it was defective etc” Unbelievable!!
Rocky is a more knowledgeable HVAC technician than almost any other I've ever worked with. He takes his time with a customer, clarifies everything, and then starts fixing the issue. Since 2017, I have worked with Titan Heating & Air Conditioning firm. The firm excels in every facet of the HVAC industry. I wholeheartedly endorse this firm for any of your heating and cooling need.
Brilliant customer service and immediate scheduling and the job was done right the first time! Our old furnace broke down and we got it replaced within a few days. We had a nice, warm house for the winter. Similarly, our old hot water heater cracked, leaked, and they replaced it within a few days. Titan Heating & Air Conditioning now checks our HVAC regularly, twice annually. I am very happy with the service they provide.
My a/c unit went out, of course, during a heat wave. Thomas was responsive and helped talk through the options. He came out to assess and replace the unit, was very helpful, explained everything in detail and spent extra time running tests. Pricing was straight forward and cheaper than other estimates. Totally recommended!

I needed an A/C repair on my outside unit and replacement. I had an estimate done for a complete A/C system replacement, since the system was 14 yrs old, and decided to have the entire system replaced. A team of 3 came out on NY Eve and had the job completed in 4 hours. I'm very satisfied with the excellent response and installation. I would highly recommend Titan Heating & Air Conditioning
100% scammed by them. Took $200 for "diagnoses" and never returned. The main office never answered the phone after the $200 was received.
Chris and his team were very professional from the moment they walked into my new home.They were very respectful and wore shoe covers as they entered the house. They did a remarkable job in installing my new furnace and AC unit.They were very friendly. I will definitely recommend them.

We had Titan Heating & Air Conditioning work on our cooling system at the end of July, right as the heat wave began.They were polite, professional and even provided same day service.We were very impressed with their service. Will highly recommend.
There was no power going to my new heater/water heater system which was installed by Titan Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and with in a couple hours one of their techs showed up. Alex quickly discovered the problem, explained what he needed to do and was very professional. I am very happy I went with Titan Heating & Air Conditioning and know there is 24/7 coverage.
Outstanding service & staff! Titan Heating & Air Conditioning accurately identified the HVAC problem then offered reasonable solutions. Techs worked diligently in our crawl space for two days always coming-up with smiles & updating us on the install. My HVAC and crawl space is in better shape than when the men arrived. Great products, competitive pricing & first-class people!
