On-time speedy service
I called Thomas Reliable Service for a diagnosis and possible repair request and the technician Dereak was here within the next hour to fix the issue in under 40 minutes. There is now heat running properly in the unit and I appreciate the quick and professional service from their team via phone and the tech. I’ll be sure to sign up for the yearly maintenance program. My furnace went out on Friday. I made a call to Thomas Reliable Services, LLC and they came the same night and told my husband and I we needed a new furnace. He called the next day with a price and we proceeded with the services. Thomas Reliable Services delivered professional high quality services and was thorough with their installation. I gave them a call to diagnose an issue with my grandparents furnace. Someone came out within 20-30 minutes of me calling and IMMEDIATELY found the problem! Literally within 2 minutes or less he was able to identify the issue, and provide a solution. This was my first time using them, but it definitely won’t be the last! Very professional and prompt! A WIRE FOR MY AC HAD 4 OTHER PEOPLE STUMPED AND DEREAK CAME RIGHT IN AND GOT ME TOGETHER! DIDN'T TAKE HIM LONG AT ALL. ONLY TOOK ABOUT AN TO DIAGNOSE AND AN HOUR TO REPAIR! WOOD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
Easy to schedule an appointment online or over the phone. Fast Friendly Service. Mr Thomas was very polite arrived on time, cleaned and checked my AC unit, outside and inside replaced the filter. Cooling went from 45 degrees to 17 degrees so it cools much faster than before. I joined the yearly maintenance plan, for Heating as well, which he will return in Winter. Highly recommended.

They scheduled a time for service and contacted me prior to coming out was on time and very professional Dereak informed me of the process and explained the service as he performed them.
