I’ve been using TDH for 8 years for multiple units- new system installs and repairs and maintenance. Their technicians are polite, professional, and thorough. Installs are clean and complete. Steps are taken and advice is provided to prevent other issues before they occur. On this particular job, Mark provided quick analysis on a 22 year old furnace. The repair would’ve been minimum 1/4 the cost of a new furnace. A 22 year old furnace is definitely aged out. After receiving a replacement quote, we scheduled a new install two days out. Alfredo and Vidal arrived at 7:30 am right on time on a Saturday morning, worked steadily for four hours removing the old, installing a new drain pan with water sensor and platform with a new furnace on that. I mention the drain pan because this is a good practice/ should have been done last install due to it being on the second floor. I can’t tell you how many friends have come home to overflows from their evaporator coil drain because the line gets clogged. That water leaking down with flow to the floor below, wrecking hardwood and drywall along the way. Anyway, that attention to detail is a clue that quality is job one at TDH. Warranty issues have been handled on two previous installs with no questions asked. While their pricing isn’t the lowest in the business, the value is there- price is what you pay but value is what you get. I know that many aren’t but I am personally more interested in value over time than pricing. I appreciate it very much!

I needed to replace both of my Central AC systems and hit a website that cause a flood (12+ calls from various providers.) By sheer luck I took a call from TDH owner, Tim last Saturday morning. I explained to Tim that I had settled on a solution and he asked me to describe the solution. Tim indicated that I was overpaying and asked to survey the job. Wally Wojtowicz did a complete survey and proposed a solution costing $2400 less using better and larger Carrier Equipment. Alfredo and Oscar came in and made perfect modifications and corrections to the system using tons of new materials and insulated every square inch. The installation was done carefully and with great precision. From top to bottom I couldn't be happier with the results here and would recommend TDH to anyone. Thank you all!
I called on Monday asking if they would perform installation for my rooftop unit. The manager Jacky asked for my contact info and email, etc., said she would send me a proposal and that she is the decision maker. On Wed. I called again since I haven't received anything. Then Friday called again to learn that they don't provide that service, she never tried to respond and made me waited all that time without a shred of care. What a rude and terrible manner in handling business client! A horrible model as a manager.
Tim was a pleasure to work with on pricing , his knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. His install Team, Mark and Vidal, were extremely professional and provided Great Services. TDH installed a Trane/Mitsubishi mini split system in our home in November 2022. I received multiple quotes for the project, and TDH was the most competitive. I appreciated that Bernie provided us with a quote the same day - other contractors took weeks, or never responded at all. After working with a third party to provide a load calculation to determine exact system sizing (pretty close to what TDH initially proposed), we specified a 5 ton system with 2 outdoor condensers and 6 indoor heads. Installing this type of system in a vintage brick structure is very labor intensive. Thankfully, George and the other installers were exceptional; they were very detail-oriented throughout the process. His experience and expertise with the system and various components was apparent. He took the time to discuss all of the equipment and line set locations with me as the project progressed, and he was very polite and considerate of keeping our interior spaces minimally disturbed. Post-installation, TDH quickly addressed the few questions I had. Overall, a great experience, and I would recommend TDH for anyone's HVAC needs, especially mini split systems.
TDH Mechanical replaced my 63 year old furnace (yes, 63!) and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Early on in my research I came across a piece of advice that the top 5 furnace brands are all neck and neck in terms of technology, so give a lot of weight to the relationship you're establishing with your contractor. Everything about the estimate process was straightforward and easy, and I got all my questions answered. The installers were on-time, professional and thorough, and they answered all of my questions too. I highly recommend TDH Mechanical and I'm absolutely confident that I chose the right company to take care of my new furnace!
TDH was speedy, professional, and provided a great service at a good price. Our old furnace died and needed to be replaced in a really cold snap. Tim was able to give an honest quote up front. The next day, Wojtek and Jesus came and removed the old furnace and replaced it, which is a challenge as the furnace was in a very tight closet space and hemmed in by pipes and our water heater. They actually came in under budget, and were super clean and efficient. Oh also: we received a quote from 4 Seasons for TWICE the cost! The next day, TDH called to check on how things were going and to remind us to fill out our warranty. Would definitely recommend TDH.
TDH did a great job replacing a water source heat pump in my unit. Anyone who has one of these knows it’s hard to find people who know what they are doing and TDH crushed it.

Tim Hancz is a poor buisness man with no good faith about him. He has stiffed a (local/small business) subcontractor out of $9000 to renovate his Airbnb property (which he will use for an investment) he agreed to a contract and subcontractor gave him a break on payments and he started refusing to pay. Then fired the subcontractor over text for no just cause. Final payment owed is $9000. DO NOT trust him.
Communication- the company is very responsive in all inquiries and came the next day after we call for a free estimate. Bernie came, he is nice enough so we got convince on how he explains the pros and cons of the producr and services offered by their company. Good Value/Budget-they can work on to your budget and offer 18mos. 0% interest, Jackie helps us to work with the bank for financing. Professional/On-time - Jose and Andres came on time on the day of installation, they uninstall the old unit and put up the new unit,,,,,they even clean up and make sure leave everything si in place before they leave. Lastly Thanks to their boss Tim, he communicates well to his team, and answers all our question in real time...Our transaction went smooth and everything goes well. I highly recommend this company.
