Great professional experience! Our Tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. He took the time to explain what was wrong, repaired it and had the air conditioning system up and running in about 30 minutes. Given an arrival window of 8 to 12, he called and arrived by 8:30a.m. Awesome experience!!
AMAZING SERVICE! Can't say enough good things about Super Appliance Man. Darrel (mechanic) was on site first for a tune-up and recognized my A/C unit (20 years old, garden-level unit) was shot. Dwayne worked with me over the phone to consolidate the project to include my furnace (on its last legs, also over 20 years old) at a VERY reasonable price. They scheduled for less than a week later. Could have been the next day but I was busy that weekend and it was MY decision to wait a few days longer. The install start-time window was 8am-10am, and Darrel called me to let me know when he was 30 minutes out and then promptly on time. The full job took 4 hours, including cleanup time. He cleaned up, was communicative, and very professional while in my home. Dwayne followed back up with me within an hour over the phone to check how everything went, and what paperwork would be coming through. 10/10 recommend this company!

NOPE. $65 show-up fee that doesn’t go towards the service, first hour of labor $165 … THEN you pay additional for any parts. For my washer, I could almost buy a new one. PS. I only need a loose hose reclamped.
HAPPY!! HAPPY!! I have a Kenmore front loader washer. Wouldn’t spin nor drain. From reading these reviews I thought to give them a try. I called so so so HAPPY I did. HAND DOWN SERVICE!!! Professional, efficient and respectful. Have an AWESOME team Joanne, Darrly, Pete and Wayne. They walk me through the entire process beginning to end. I’m washing again Definitely will be using them again and referring them to family and friends. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DOING!
Super Appliance Man was wonderful to work with! They were able to come out the next day, diagnosed the problem and were able to return to the following day with the correct parts and resolve the issue. Service Man Pete McKinney was fantastic-very knowledgeable and professional!
Super appliance is the only company I plan on calling for all my repairs not only are they a black owned business but they are also very knowledgeable in the services they provide I spoke with Angel & Wayne who were absolutely fantastic very professional & my tech sid came in found the issue with my stove had the part on his truck & fixed it before he left they were great from beginning to end loyal customer from here on out.
Called in and spoke with angel and let me just say she has the most cheerful sweet voice ever she took her time in explaining all charges to me and got me on the schedule the very same day I called in I would highly recommend this business as they take pride in providing great customer and repair service the tech Pete was very knowledgeable and polite and answered all my questions as he looked over my unit I will be a returning customer thank you guys so much
We have used Super Appliance man on multiple occasions and have been very happy with their efficiency and understanding of our needs and budget. There were easy to work with and friendly.
I called in to get a refrigerator inspected for no cooling, appointment was about 5 days out. They tried to overprice me, dare I even say scam me for unnecessary repairs, claiming the compressor and the motherboard were out on my refrigerator and it would be over 1k for parts and labor. Mind you the inspection it’s self was $70 which would be credited to me if I moved forward with repairs. Called another place who scheduled me and appointment the next day and after inspection which was $50 by the way, recharged my refrigerator and had it cooling in about 40 minutes. Total cost was $150 and I have a recipe to prove it. Would not recommend and hate to say it’s one of the first options to pop up on google when you look up refrigerator repairs.

Wanted to put 0 stars but wont allow...VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...I was assigned this company to servce my washing machine..I gve ALL INFO about the machine to company..so they know what expect...Super Appl..came to my house and as soon as tech sees washing machine he says they DONT SRVCE this brand and leaves..un beknown to me,and a few months later,this company filed a report on ME for refusing to Pay...my thing is this..if you know you dont servce this brand why would you even come out...and why report me and not the warranty company that supposedly didnt supply the info..bt even if tht company didnt gve u the info, wouldnt you as a company ask for tht info knowing sme brands u dont service..
Needed a repair to be done quickly and super appliance man did NOT disappoint. They got the part and were in the next morning. Pete did a great job - very knowledgeable and courteous.
I called Super Alliance Man and was immediately scheduled for an appointment. The tech guy came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it the next day. My ice maker is back working and I'm happy. Glad I decided on this company and good to know I supported a black business. Keep up the good work!!

Repair man was late but dud call and let me know he had run into a problem but was coming. Repair was completed and refrigerator is working good. I will refer..
UPDATE: Thank you again to SAM. Darrell addressed a minor issue quickly and very professionally. We are so very pleased to have them in our toolkit! ------ We first met the SAM team when they came in to perform preventative maintenance on our HVAC system. From the start, Darrell was professional and thorough. When we realized the time had come to replace our dated HVAC system, SAM was the first place we turned. They quickly provided a ballpark quote, later confirmed after a visit and complete assessment. Even better, service was quickly scheduled and completed. We truly appreciate the responsiveness and great service SAM provides. It's terrific to have this connection to a top notch business.
