Mike was very friendly and very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. He worked quickly and swiftly and took care of our AC unit. Ivan knows his stuff. Sterling Heating Air Conditioning has amazing communication. I get emails and text on all appointments and they show up!
I contacted Len and his team at Sterling Heating Air Conditioning when my A/C broke on the verge of one of the hottest days of the year. Two technicians arrived promptly the next morning and quickly identified and fixed the problem. They were polite, punctual, and thorough. I am thrilled with their work, and will not hesitate to contact them for any A/C or Furnace problems in the future.
They were so amazing. I had some personal issues come up and was late but they waited for me and completed the project all in one day!
While repairing our attic unit, Tyler went above and above, thoroughly explaining everything as he went along and even going out of his way to address minor problems left behind by earlier firms. No hard sell; just options. He got the unit running again quickly. Fully recommended!!
Blower motor went out on my 89 year old mother in-laws heater, my sister in-law called this clown of a so called business and they said someone will be out…nobody showed, next day after numerous phone calls and no answers, finally someone answers and said” someone will be out in the morning….nope, finally someone shows up in the afternoon and confirmed that it was a blower motor and they would call later when they got the part…nope, never called, third day after numerous calls again the “tech” says that we need a whole new unit and it would be a few days. This place is garbage, they made sure to hook my sister in-law into joining their club. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! The technician Joseph that came out was extremely courteous and professional and got back to us
I can't express how happy I am with Sterling Heating Air Conditioning company! Scheduling the appointment was very easy and prompt. The technician communicated well prior to arrival. He came early in the allotted time window. John was very thorough. He explained the situation on all of our units and took his time to assemble recommendations. We were very satisfied, and I would recommend this company and this technician specifically with my highest recommendations.
My old furnace and air conditioning system were replaced with new ones. The company as a whole was extremely accommodating and punctual. The costs were really affordable. The staff was really professional and efficient, and the installation took two days. They left the area they worked in in better shape than they found it. They also changed the venting on my water heater to the right size and added a UV filter to my system at no extra charge. In the future, Sterling Heating Air Conditioning will absolutely be my go-to HVAC provider.
Mike and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the time and thorough work that was done during our inspection and maintenance service. When a problem was discovered during the Tune-Up, additional help was brought in to repair and complete the task in time scheduled. Sterling Heating Air Conditioning has always been the best value and always honest. They never try and up charge you on unnecessary charges or any hidden fees. I would recommend them to family and friends.
Very professional and quality work. I have had several HVAC installations done in the past and they do not match to what Sterling Heating Air Conditioning did. Dan is conscious about the work, fair in his price and delivers good quality work. I will use him going forward for future work.
I have been dealing with these guys for 3 years now and their work has been very comprehensive and detail oriented. My personal experience is that their installation crews arrive on time and they work both diligently and comprehensively until the time that the job is completed. Industrious customer service and sales support! Keep it up!
Sterling Heating Air Conditioning installed a new variable speed Air Conditioner and Digital Thermostat (replacing old ones) at our home. During the quoting and research process they were professional and did a very thorough load study to determine our requirements. Their price was competitive. The technician installed the A/C and thermostat. He was professional, competent, courteous, on time, and cleaned up after the job was finished.
Sterling did a marvelous job installing our new equipment , they sent out someone immediately to replaced our unit which was acting faulty. Not only that, they suggested a quality electrician who caught some possibly dangerous wiring. When they brought in the new unit. They go above and beyond to make sure you have high quality service and equipment, and they also treat you like a person, engaging you in every step of the work. I highly recommend working with them! They are probably the most honest company I’ve worked with for awhile.
Came out to fix my AC, found out the problem was left over from the installation of a steam humidifier. Fixed the problem, and replaced a couple of parts that were at the end of their life-span. Explained everything - very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended.

The team all communicated very well during the disassembly, installation and follow up. Great advice and help during the first call to the completed and beyond. I would recommend them to everyone. Benny did an excellent job on our installation. He worked steadfastly on the project and cleaned up after finishing the work. I highly recommend him and his company to others seeking to replace their furnaces or other heating or cooling equipment. You will not be disappointed!
My husband and I recently had the yearly service call from Sterling Heating Air Conditioning last Friday. Benny was our service technician and did an excellent job. He provided us with tips to save on energy costs and repaired the capacitor for us. He is very polite and professional, and he represents Sterling Heating Air Conditioning in a positive manner.

Benny was professional and took the time to explain my options to me. Other HVAC guys have come to my home and left me more confused than I was before their visit. Sterling Heating Air Conditioning did a remarkable job servicing my HVAC. They also gave me a clear and possible game plan to upgrade my existing HVAC system in an old house.
