Randall's Heating & Cooling offers outstanding service all around and is a Veteran and Law Enforcement friendly business. They were able to repair our heater same day. When they couldn't make his original arrival time he called to explain why and let me know a new time - no sitting around wondering if or when they would show. During the repairs he explained what he was checking and what he had to replace step by step - no getting the bill at the end and wondering what you paid for. Such a wonderful company to work with! I have been their customer for almost 7 years. Their technicians are the best - very professional. Never try to sell anything you don't need. In fact, until I purchased a new unit they kept my old one surviving until I was able to purchase a new one. The unit they installed works great. I recommend Randall's Heating & Cooling for their quality work on HVAC services.
I contacted this company and they sent a technician to my house the same day. The technician was very professional, explained everything that needed to be done, and was able to fix my garage door in less than an hour. Got my ac and furnace maintenance done with them. Steve was the technician who did the job. He was very good, had a professional attitude and friendly behavior. These guys are very good. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Will do all my HVAC work with them in future. We are very pleased with our new furnace and the installers were very good. They explained everything and left the area spotless. Couldn’t be happier.
In the dead of winter, my heating and cooling system failed. I haven't experienced any issues since the business came out and corrected it! They were also incredibly kind.

This place is a complete scam. It is $180 an hour and there is no guarantee they can fix it. If you are trying to pay $180 for someone to tell you they have no idea what’s wrong then this is your place
