Tom is communicative and clear. His recommendations come from years of experience and his pricing is reasonable. Tom had sufficient supplies and parts in his truck to fix my air conditioning on the spot and even included me along the way, explaining the repair needs and basic principles of electric work.
Excellent experience with Tom. Super responsive, upfront with reasonable prices, and very skilled and knowledgeable compared to our experience with other companies. He got our boiler working for us on Christmas Eve and figured out an issue another company totally missed.

I recently moved to a new condo with central a\c and forced heat. My old condo had radiator heat and window ac units. My entire electrics closet was Mandarin Chinese to me. Tom took the time to show me the main components of the the AC, do a tune up and go over the required maintenance. I could not be more pleased. Thanks Tom!
First Time Customer - Was referred to Tom and Priority Heating by our long-time plumber. We had a couple of issues with both furnace units in the house. Tom was very thorough and explained/reviewed all options related to servicing and maintaining our HVAC units. Excellent customer experience - Will definitely have him continue to service the units ona go forward basis. Highly recommend!
I called Tom at 7:30pm because air conditioning in my building didn’t work . He was at my place at 8:30pm, he fixed problem (it was some wire problem) and called me to tell me what was the issue, also he told me what must be fixed in future . He is my call for air condition and heating system . Very professional, fast , reasonable price .
