Premium Home Heating & Cooling were very prompt and professional and very considerate. I was working and they did there very best to not interrupt and got the job done and kept me informed of the progress the entire time.
We had the guys out to put two new units in. There were professional, prompt, friendly and they cleaned everything when they were finished. I would recommend them. They have repaired all my kids air conditioners over the past few years. Highly recommend them.
I’m very happy with the service I received from Premium Home Heating & Cooling. The technicians were awesome. They showed up on time and got straight to work. They ran into some unexpected problems in my old house so the job lasted all day. They called in reinforcements to help get the job done and everything looks great. My family will definitely appreciate their hard work once the summer gets fully underway.
Ben provided absolutely exceptional service. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain exactly what he was doing and what our system needed to work efficiently. Another company told us we needed to replace our entire system. Ben identified issues with our system and was able to get it running better than when it was installed. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received.
Can't speak highly enough of them. The initial service call was punctual, extremely informative, and professional. It was completely transparent regarding what I needed to do and what I didn't need to do. Jason personally visited me to go through all of my options for a new unit. As we came to a decision, I kept contacting him with follow-up questions, and he always responded quickly. I had to reschedule the installation, but I had no trouble doing so. They were once again quite comprehensive in their explanations of everything that was happening, and the installation itself had little of an influence on our daily life. Very pleased with our new unit (this is the first time we've lived in the house where the temperature is consistent throughout), the cost was reasonable, and we were pleased with the guarantee. The best service we've ever received for anything relating to our house, not just the best AC people we've ever employed.
The owner, Jason, arrives to assess the work and provide an estimate. He is highly thorough and well-informed. A remote thermostat sensor that I had installed has been quite useful. The installers did an excellent job and were tidy. Due of Covid's difficulties, it seems like a lot greater concern now that I was able to acquire quotes and installation within a week.
Sam was excellent and did a terrific job of thoroughly describing the project's technical details. The crew arrived promptly, was cordial and well-mannered, and most importantly, my dog enjoyed them. There was a minor issue with the thermostat wiring, but it was quickly resolved, and now everything functions well. Highly suggested.
The two gentlemen that arrived were very courteous, efficient and professional. They wore masks and gloves and made sure their shoes were covered before coming in my home every time. They also diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!
I have been using Premium Home Heating & Cooling for 5 yrs and they have always been prompt on all service calls. Whenever I call the office I am always greeted by polite, friendly and extremely efficient staff. I have never had to wait to long for service calls. I highly recommend this company!
I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and this company is consistently reliable. They come right away for any emergencies. They are very professional and come on time. Premium Home Heating & Cooling are friendly, responsive and did a great job. Their tech explained things clearly and easily resolved a minor issue in our drains that for years were a headache and other companies did not offer any fix.
