We've used Pilsen Heating & Cooling for 7+ years on commercial property in Chicago. HVAC repairs, new HVAC install, minisplit, ERV system. Sergio and his team are the best, on time, responsive and reliable team. I highly recommend Pilsen Heating & Cooling.
Called them Monday for a problem with my thermostat. The next day thermostat was fixed, and my AC checked and serviced. I was out of town, and Sergio even sent me pictures of the work. 5 stars, really appreciate it!

Technician came and performed his services on time and completed task at hand efficiently and politely. We are extremely pleased with the services that was provided. I have complete trust in the professional level of work that Sergio and his employees have given in replacing, maintaining the furnaces and air conditioners on all of the properties. The prices are reasonable and the work is guaranteed.
Good service
They had immediate availability, they were early, quick to diagnose the problem. Ordered the part we needed and fixed it in the same day. Less than 8 hours after I found this company online, they fixed our furnace. Can't ask for better service than that.
Most importantly, Sergio is great! Very competent and willing to take the time to explain whatever your problem may be. Other good stuff worth mentioning: * Easy to schedule an appointment online * Appointments are usually available within a few days * They'll text you a heads up when their en route and show up on time Highly recommend, especially if you live in Pilsen.
Sergio and Alfredo came and assessed the problem, repaired the problem. They were very communicative went above and beyond to give me hot water I am truly grateful and really appreciate their services thank you I will be recommending and using their services in the near future if I have a problem. Needed maintenance on my two furnace units since my former furnace company retired. They were responsive and did a good job in a timely manner. Small company so no haggling. They can also install water heaters so may use them later in the new year!

Pilsen Heating & Cooling were very knowledgeable about our older heater. Sergio was able to repair our thermostat and explained the working order of it and our heater. Would call them again if needed

I had a different company work pending to work on my HVAC system for a month and I wish we had contacted Pilsen Heating & Cooling right away! After a week of problems with my cooling system, Sergio had me up and running again within a few hours and went above and beyond to do so.
