PHD Heating and Cooling installed a new AC unit condenser, furnace, and humidifier all within one day, after only contacting them 3 days prior, and they were able to do so urgently during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Dmytro was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Great work!
This guy be lying conning manipulating - his whole business is built on a fraudulent foundation and believes he deserves to make 1000 for an hour’s work that barely fixed any problems.
Just plain bad, dishonest, arrogant. Posting for more visibility so people know to AVOID this guy. This guy can't get by with all his fake 5 star reviews someone's gotta call him out. - I'm a Karen yes but beats beings crook any day.
I had a great experience working with PhD Heating and Cooling. Dmytro was thorough in examining my old furnace and AC (each over 20 years old), and provided a few replacement options. PhD was not the least expensive option, but they were the most thorough in their explanations. Installation took two days (one for delivery since my AC is on top of a 4th floor that had to be crane lifted), and everything went very smoothly. We've experienced both heating and cooling days since installation and are so happy with the new system. I can't recommend PhD more strongly.

I had a very difficult and complex HVAC unit replacement that Dmytro and Phd Heating did an amazing job with. He was both the cheapest and fastest of the five quotes I got, and was incredibly reliable the whole way through. He was on my roof all day working in subzero temperatures so my heat could be back on a few days sooner. It’s very hard to know online if an HVAC contractor will be fair, skilled and reliable, and I got incredibly lucky to have chosen Phd Heating and Cooling.
I had gotten home from being out of town and the heat was not working. It was after 7pm and PHD came out and repaired my heat. They came back the next day to make sure all was good and do maintenance. Very professional and good price! I would highly recommend!
We had a great experience. We needed furnace replaced as it was broken heat exchanger. They came out at the same day and gave me great price with next day installation. Also discovered another issue which they fixed. They are extremely professional as I mentioned before and fair on pricing. I look forward to working with them again! Thank you!
I can't say enough good things about this business--the whole process start to finish was easy, transparent, and quick. Dmytro was able to source a relatively hard to find replacement part for my furnace on a moment's notice and get me on the schedule quickly right before the holidays. Professional, fairly-priced, fast and highly expert work. PhD Heating & Cooling raises the bar for HVAC repair and installation. My furnace failed in the middle of a cold snap. Dmytro got it running again (on a Saturday!), but when it became clear that it needed to be replaced, he had a new unit installed within two days. Unbelievable! He offered me a number of options for the new unit and provided informed and up-to-date advice that reflected his sophisticated understanding of the technology. The relatively complicated install was done in a day with excellent workmanship and professionalism (the work site was left cleaner than he found it, and all of the old equipment was properly disposed of). PhD Heating and Cooling has my nighest recommendation!
Had a gas furnace that would not start at all. Sent out request on Yelp for services and had a response from Dmytro right away late in the evening. Called the next morning to schedule service around 8 am and came within 3 hrs to diagnose my furnace. Found the issue right away. Broken gas valve. Broke down his fees for call, parts and labor and if I wanted the repair done so he can. pick up the part and come back. Also offered to do annual maintenance on the furnace while he was already working for a small fee and explained what he was going to do, but never tried to push me into doing more than that. Came back late in the evening and installed brand-new gas valve. He even checked to see if it was still under warranty so it would bring the cost down for the call. Made sure everything worked correctly after installation and cleaned up. Gave me a receipt of the work performed and some referral cards plus extra service the company provides but again didn't push into getting me into getting anything extra. Nice guy and straight to business. will definitely call Dmytro back for heating and cooling issues in the future.
They came out and replaced a broken furnace. Excellent job, professional installation. Covered all floors. Installed new 2 stage furnace, quiet and powerful. Thanks again for your job!
