Mark came out on July 4 when no one else I called was even answering the phone. He successfully identified & fixed an issue that was preventing our Air Conditioning from functioning (on a 90+ degree day), and did so in a timely manner.
Fast friendly water heater installation which looks allot better than what was there before.... mark is amazing and even familiar with Arizona plumbing

Mark is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic explaining systems to me when he came out to fix my A/C on the same day - replacing an electrical component that looked like a Coke can in my twenty year-old unit, which he already had with him in his super-equipped mechanic's van. My experience with Mark is very similar to other people who have left reviews on here, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him - as someone had recommended him to me.
We hired Mark for a AC issue, he came over within the hour! He did quick work and went above and beyond to save us money! They are friendly, respectful, and worth every penny! My go to HVAC company in Chicago.
So my Mac Book Pro just shutdown on me and would not turn back on . I could hear the fan but no power. I found Mark Pasieka on google he was very polite he know his job very well not only does he work in computes but all electronics. A few days later he had my computer back up and running. Called Mark and asked about a heating problem I was having. Told me he would come by and help. Never showed and never called back either leaving me in a bad spot with my elderly parents. I was totally upset. Refused to answer my calls but when I used another number he answered. Go someone else----

Mark was great! Our air unit broke down, and he got it up and running in no time. Mark explained everything to us, and was very passionate about his work. I hope our AC unit doesn't break down again anytime soon, but if it does, it's in good hands with Mark.
Had an excellent experience with Mark's repair of our AC unit. He communicated promptly and efficiently. He performed the repair quickly and effectively. He was friendly and professional. Best of all, he invited me over to his place for beers if I'm ever up north. Definitely recommend.
Mark has repaired two of my air conditioners, and a fish tank chiller. It's hard to find a guy who is willing to take on a fish tank chiller. He's honest, always helpful, and knowledgeable as can be. I trust him so much I've recommended him for my mother's HVAC needs. You can't go wrong with Mark.
I consider Mark a mentor and a role model. This man has an in depth knowledge of HVAC electronics and thermo mechanical engineering that puts him light years ahead of the pack. In an ever changing industry you want people with solid Industry backgrounds that know how to provide solutions to complex problems. Mark has proven that to me time and time and time again.
Mark was a godsend! After getting the runaround by another Chicago company, and no call backs from other supposed high rise A/C experts, I was beginning to wonder if I could find anyone in this town who could do respectable work. After reading the reviews I called Mark. This guy is a superstar! He worked his butt off to diagnose and fix the problems with my condo A/C. Unlike the first company who suspiciously wanted to start with the most expensive solution (costing thousands of $$), Mark used logic and science to begin with the most simple solutions and then work up. His work ethic combined with his curious scientific mind were exactly what the doctor ordered! This guy simply doesn't give up. He sets the standard for professional service. Period!
I cannot say enough great things about Mark! Our AC stopped working and getting someone to call us back, much less come to our home, was next to impossible. The only other person to come out (for an $89 fee)was from the company we had used in the past. Without inspecting anything he said it might be a leak in the coil but he would gladly refill the coolant with no guarantee that it wouldn't empty out rather quickly AND charge us a 40% upcharge because it was considered emergency service since it was on the weekend. Translation: $1100 for coolant that we may simply waste and still have to set up an appointment with the salesman in 2 days who could then have it installed by the following week. When the salesman came out, he promptly informed us that we really should get a new furnace too, even though the same company had installed one just 7 years ago. Grand total on the estimate: $10000. No, thanks. Then I called Mark. Yes, he charges $100 to come assess the situation but he is very thorough. His attention to detail is worth every penny of the fee. He inspected the current unit and found the hole in the coil. He looked at our furnace and said it was fine and did not need replacing. He quoted a price of $4500 fully installed. We went with him and could not be happier. The install proved to be a bit difficult because of the layout of our home, but Mark was tenacious in figuring out a way to make it work without having to rip open a wall. It took him longer than he expected but he worked diligently through sweltering heat AND ended up giving up his Father's Day to make sure the job was done. He charged us the exact price that was quoted even though it turned out to be a tougher job than anticipated. He truly enjoys his work and will gladly share the science behind it. He takes pride in his workmanship. And on top of all of this, he is a really, really nice guy. While I don't hope anything else in my home breaks down, if it does, I know Mark will be the first person
Mark was awesome! We discussed the problem over the phone and came to a few conclusions. They job ended up being bigger than anticipated, but Mark completed it with professionalism. Its always difficult as a customer to have a job start during the day and have it end when its dark. Even though the job took much longer than expected, the price was fair. Mark cleaned the coils on my AC unit even though they looked as if a small dog had crawled inside the unit. He fixed a design issue that the installer clearly missed (leading to the problem in the first place). Don't hesitate, call Mark.
