Parliament Builders did an awesome job installing our new HVAC system. They gave us a very competitive and fair estimate for the work required and were able to get it shipped and installed quickly for us. I really appreciated how they explained the technical issues to me as they were doing the evaluation of my system. Very friendly people. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to repair or replace their HVAC system to contact them!
I have used Parliament for my heating and air conditioning needs. They are always fast and reliable and use top of the line equipment. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the industry to diagnose and fix my homes heating and AC issues.
There was a leak in either my 20+ year old Goodman air handler (in the ceiling of my hallway closet) or my 20+ year old Lenox condenser (on the roof of the three story condo) making repairs a challenge because Freon is now very expensive to procure. It became clear I needed to replace my a/c system with current EPA approved models. For space saving considerations I wanted to replace the ceiling air handler with another Goodman ceiling mounted design and Parliament, a Goodman dealer, confirmed they could help. In one day the 4 person installation team from Parliament removed the old equipment and installed a new Goodman ceiling mounted air handler and Goodman condenser. Because current model condensers do not use Freon, they are larger then ones built before 2000 and would not fit through the assess port to the roof. Accordingly a crane was needed to off-load and load the condensers from the roof. Parliament arranged for a crane to do that. The installation team was not only knowledgeable and technically competent they were also friendly, neat and considerate which pleased my wife. Lastly, in addition to the on-site professionalism, Dominick (from the office) was able to remotely determine the newer model Goodman air handler would work and kept me informed of the installation arraignments. This was comforting and reassuring.
LOOK NO FURTHER! We had the heating at our business go out on us a couple weeks ago during the extreme cold, made a few calls around to other HVAC companies and no one was available, or to put it more frankly, seemed to care to help us in our time of need. We called Dominic Sr. and Dominic Jr. over at Parliament, they were extremely professional and understanding of our dilemma. They made arrangements to come see us that same afternoon despite it being such a busy time for them. They had a part they needed to order upon inspection. By 8:30am that next morning, we had our heat back and working better than ever. Safe to say I will look no further for all of our HVAC needs, and as a business owner, being able to have people dependable like Parliament makes my life easier. I suspect if you use Parliament, you will be treated as well as we were and will not go anywhere else for your HVAC services. 10/10 A1 Service and People

Parliament has great people and provides fantastic service. They were able to quickly rectify my air conditioning issues during the summer. Parliament will be my preferred heating and air conditioning equipment and service provider going forward.
I had of team of 4 professional men, Gabriel, Adan, Hector and Luis. Gabriel was the team leader who was professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. The team worked tirelessly over 8 hours and cleaned up. Provided all of the papers to register the system. I was very pleased with the service.
I am so grateful to have this company to help me to install AC and Heating system. and removed old Furnace and AC unite which was installed in 1948. The three guys were very friendly and nice to us! They respect us. They were working very hard yesterday since 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. without break. They are professional, outstanding service help the customers to finish the job. If anyone wants to have HVAC job done , this is the great company to call ! I strongly recommend this company for your HVAC service needs.!

My central air went out and my mom was here in a sweltering house. She call parliment because they install the unit about 15 years ago It took them less than 1/2 hour to get jere and another 1/2 hour to fix it and cool down the house-yeahhhhh😁 kuduos to parliment from the hunts
When you're AC goes out and everyone tells you "delayed" and "high price for estimates", you're doing it wrong. Call these guys. Parliament and the owner (Dom) is professional, responsive and their work is top tier. Eduardo and Ricardo are outstanding at their attention to detail and ability to work in "unique situations". I needed a 30 foot lift to get to the A/C and they coordinated everything at a more than reasonable price. I can't speak enough of how Dom took the call, provided me with more than enough information, and didn't oversell or play games. Highly recommended for your A/C/ Furnace work. Both were replaced.
I was having a heating issue with my furnace, so I called Parliament Heating and Cooling ...a repairman was out within an hour as stated had my furnace up and running in time for me to keep a very important appointment. Deon was great very professional 👍🏾
Parliament came to my home.. this past summer and winterized it it is now January 30th 2019 close to 50 below zero in Chicago Illinois and in my home I cannot even tell that it is winter out side Parliam did a magnificent beautiful job thank you Parliament 💖🤗!ps... Whenever I buy another home I will most most definitely take Parliament with me wherever I go they do wonderful work 💖🤗!!
Rick and Lewis came to my house with the utmost professionalism and friendly demeanors! I had been without heat for about a week they came and replaced everything within a few hours, they were efficient, quick, and friendly. Would HIGHLY recommend not only parliament but Lewis and Rick as well. Was a very pleasant experience!
My mom was eligible for replacement boilers on her house via a subsidy from the CEDA program. Parliament did the installation, and we we so pleased by their work ethic. Showed up on time, removed the old boilers, installed, tested, and cleaned up the basement after themselves. We have them come to perform yearly maintenance, and are always pleased. They show up when they say, and are thorough to ensure a dependable heating season. I think you'll have the same positive experience also.
Parliament has been my go to for heating and air conditioning the past 5 years. They are good people with great service. They stick to their word and are reliable
