My AC unit stopped working, and Opulence did troubleshooting and replacement, partially covered under a warranty. I work in a different area of field services, and they are real professional. The techs knew what they were doing for troubleshooting tests, and also documentation for warranty. When I was impatient in hot weather for the part replacement, they were transparent about the timeline, and got the work completed quickly. Great work!
To whom it may concern, I received quality work, they were on time, they explained step by step what the issue was, and most importantly for me was their honesty. That goes a long way with me.

I was out of state and in the middle of selling my rental property in Illinois and the furnace died. Opulence Heating & Construction took care of my issues for me remotely so I could handle my business out of state. They kept me up to date with everything, so I was very pleased when I was able to check on the the new furnace unit they installed for me in person. Prices were actually the lowest in the Worth, IL area with an even better warranty.
I've been using this guys a few times various problems I have on my building. On time, reasonable prices, work ethics are the best. Give them an chance you won't regret your decision.
I called this company because my central air wasn't working. They came out at night and serviced my system at a fair price. The gentleman was very polite checked my system got me up and running in ample time. I want to thank him becaue it has been HOT. I recommend this company and will use them again. GOOD JOB AND GOOD WORK.
