The worker who helped me was Pepe. Any questions I had he answered in a professional way. Pepe takes his job very serious by being helpful. I have been going to this location for 7 years and will continue to.
For truckers with 53 foot trailers. Cancel load! If not, take left on W Chicago Ave, left on N California Ave and back down W Superior St to the dock. Docks are located on W Superior St. Can't go around the block, one way in and out. Can't do a U turn, no room. You have to curb a big curb just to get in the dock and is possible with lots patience be careful not to jack up your truck. Go in super early to avoid heavy traffic. I'll never go back. Good luck 👎
For my heating and cooling needs to always convenient when I work in the area as Johnstone has moved downtown and alot of my work is in Humboldt park.

Semi truck drivers won't like it. You have call first then turn right at California then blindside back on to the street. Then work the truck into the dock. The workers spot you though. But it's a pain.

Called first thing in the morning about a draft inducer motor that I was in desperate need of in sub-zero temperatures. Alex was able to find a compatible part for my furnace and happily sold it to me and even gave me a few pointers on installation. All in all, this business is quality and their help on getting my furnace back in operation is very much appreciated. Thank you guys!
