We have had a maintenance contract with Newton Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical Repair for close to 4 years, and it has been well worth it. Fortunately we have had few problems with our geothermal system, but the couple we had, Newton Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical Repair addressed in a timely manner, were knowledgeable, and followed through till it was resolved.
Thoroughly impressed with the response time, professionalism, efficiency, and execution. Surprised at how quickly and frustration free this was to book an HVAC maintenance service call with Newton Rooftop HVAC Solutions. Tracy in the office was very courteous and professional in booking my appointment. The service technician Kim was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As stated in a previous review, quality work at the best price.
Great response time. Very clear instructions on when someone would arrive and they were on time and professional. I was reassured that my old AC still had some life in her yet and there was no attempt to sell me on a service I didnt need. Would absolutely recommend.
I called them because my AC decided to stop working. I had a few different companies come out and give me quotes for repairs, but none of them seemed like they were going to be able to fix it right away. I knew they would be able to do it quickly and efficiently, so I went with them. They were able to get here promptly, and they had everything they needed at the ready when they got there. They were able to fix the problem immediately and took care of everything without any issues or confusion. Great service!
I called them to ask about a few different things, and they were very helpful and friendly. I ended up not going with them because they were too expensive, but I would definitely recommend them!
I recently had a new AC unit installed in my home. I am very pleased with the service I received from them. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the product and the installation process, and I was able to schedule an appointment for installation within two weeks of signing the contract. The technician arrived on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently, answered all my questions, and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving my house. I have already recommended this company to several friends who are looking for a new HVAC system as well!
I'm so glad I found them! They did a great job at my place and it turned out even better than I'd hoped. They were very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the different products they could offer me. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with any choices I made throughout the process. My heating system is working like a charm now!
Very friendly and reliable. I love that Newton Rooftop HVAC Solutions do annual maintenance checks to make sure everything is working well. This helps so I don't have to worry it's going to fail when I need it
I have been quite satisfied with Newton Rooftop HVAC Solutions' service for the past few years. I need to update my outdated heating and air conditioning system but haven't had the money to do so. To keep my system operating until I can replace the entire system, they have been performing maintenance and part replacements. Thanks again guys!!
Since I've been using Newton Rooftop HVAC Solutions' service for the past four to five years, I feel more at ease knowing that I'm keeping an eye out for any A/C problems before they cause my system to crash. I've had a couple different techs perform the service, and each one has been really kind and eager to address the problems. Fully recommended!
Scheduled and paid in advance for a technician to arrive "between 3-6pm". At 5:45pm I received a call rescheduling for 4 days later. Bait and switch. Let's see if they refund my $300 visit fee.
Technician didn't call or show up. Called the next day and the receptionist had no info about why I wasn't contacted or when they can come back
Would NEVER hire this Dishonest company... i hired them and they over charged me by $250 ... i had a tough time getting the overcharged money after 3 weeks and about 20 phone calls.... i have proof of everything i am writing here if needed .... After repairing my AC and charging me $820 for service my unit Broke down again in less than 2 months - NO Guarantee of service provided ,.... Don't know how they have a 5 star rating ... I WILL NEVER ADVICE TO HIRE THEM EVER ...

These guys are a pleasure to work with. The technicians and office staff are pleasant, respectful and professional at all times. They replaced our central ac and furnace in one day.They were very efficient and clean throughout the process.I was very impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them.
We have had Newton Rooftop HVAC Solutions service our furnace and air conditioner since we bought our home. Their work has been outstanding as evidenced by the fact that we still have our original equipment in place and it is running great. Highly recommended.

Service tech Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. Although tech at service call last year missed something we paid for, Newton Rooftop HVAC Solutions had records that supported our claim & they took care of the oversight without any problem. Great customer service!
Josh came out today to fix several things with our heating unit and he did a great job! He was on time, had to leave to steam clean a part got back to our home and fixed everything up in no time.
