Greg is amazing; every time we have any issues here our property he is the one we call and ask for him by name. Not only is he very knowledgeable about his job, but he gets it done, and done the right way the very first time. He shows up with a smile and ready to fix any issue we may have.
They can't show up on time. They got us signed up for their annual service plan for 99 and couldn't make the first appointment. Very poor service and attitude from staff when we called. Look somewhere else for service and don't bother with their annual service plan.
Joe was punctual, did a great job on both of our systems, and was extremely careful to clean up as he went along with the necessary preventive maintenance inspections and cleaning. I would recommend Nautilus Heating and Cooling firm to anyone who has heating and air conditioning problems.

Had a 17 year old furnace replaced recently. These guys did an outstanding job of planning and executing the whole work. They took all day to do an impeccable install as if they were doing it in their own home. Courteous, professional, left the place clean. Top notch.
The technician was fantastic. Very polite, professional and he delivered great service. He took his time to thoroughly troubleshoot my AC issue and tested many things to make sure the issue was accurately identified and that nothing else might cause problems later. He adhered to safety protocols and wore a mask. Very friendly and even provided me with tips for energy efficiency and to prolong the life of my unit. I appreciate his commitment to his work. Excellent service! When our old compressor failed, Nautilus Heating and Cooling was our first and only phone call!! We had the pleasure of working with the senior technician. He thoroughly looked at our equipment and vents and noted what he thought might be the problem. He worked on it and solved the problem within an hour. He is highly recommended.
Meeting their agent for the quote went well.Scheduling was fast and easy.The installers showed up early on the day of installation. They did an excellent job at installing two new furnaces and an entire A/C system and took time to clean up any mess.They were clearly experienced and most helpful. That is why I would use and recommend Nautilus Heating and Cooling again.
Joe came out and inspected both of our furnaces. He was very courteous, professional and told me everything he was checking. Before the visit the office reminded me of the upcoming visit the day before and then notified me when he was on the way. Meticulous job.

Nautilus Heating and Cooling was great to work with. They were prompt in showing up. The technician was very nice and clean. He cleaned up when he was finished. The prices are reasonable. Everyone I talked to was very courteous. I will definitely call and use them over and over again.
Joe and Noel from Nautilus Heating and Cooling arrived to perform tune-up on my furnace. They did inform me that I had some major issues that needed to be corrected. I talked with Joe and came to the conclusion that I needed a new furnace. They were very good at the installation and explained everything that I needed to know.Highly recommended.
From several quotes, I chose to go with Nautilus Heating and Cooling to upgrade from an old furnace and water tank to high efficiency condensing furnace and tankless water heater. They also included replacement of my main water shut-off and pressure reducing valve. I was pleased with the experience from first quotation to end of project. They didn't cut any corners and the end results was perfect.
