Loved the background shot in POWER BOOK IV: FORCE EPISODE 4
I have used Murphy & Miller services three times in the last 15 years. They always did a professional job. This time I thought I should write this review and show the appreciation I had for their services.

The technicians were prompt & courteous. Everyone I spoke with at Murphy & Miller was resourceful, extremely knowledgeable and provided incredible customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
Murphy and Miller is absolutely the best when it comes to our HVAC Mechanical and Technical needs. I have worked with Murphy and Miller in the past at a previous Condominium Association so when the opportunity came for my current Condominium Association to bid out the HVAC Preventative Maintenance contract Murphy and Miller was at the top of my list. Daniel Flores came to the property and met with myself and the Engineer and submitted the Proposal within day or so, talk about a great turn-around time. Daniel also answered the follow up questions just as quick which was very impressive. Every time I contact Daniel he responds right away and sometimes he stops by the office for the more complex items and takes the time to explain the issue and solution. Once the contract was signed with Murphy and Miller we were sent an amazing technician named Mike Wicker (not sure about his last name) but Mike is great. Mike knows his job and he took the time at the end of his day to explain to me what he found and what should be addressed in order of importance. WOW talk about customer service!!! I can go on for days and days about how great Murphy and Miller are but you should try them for yourself and you will not be disappointed. Tiffany N. - CMCA Community Manager
Murphy & Miller is our go to HVAC contractor for our IL locations. Their mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. For our PMs, they do a thorough inspection of our units and proactively make any necessary recommendations. I wish we had a HVAC contactor like Murphy & Miller in some of our other markets.
We have had very positive experiences working with Murphy Miller at Wheaton Center Apartments! They offer quality work at a fair price. They also do a great job of cleaning up after themselves post-project, which is something other vendor have not accomplished. Our sales engineer is very responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks, M&M, for all you do!
I manage a high-rise apartment community downtown Chicago and we have worked with Murphy & Miller for at least the past 6 years (as long as I have been with the building). They are responsive, easy to get a hold of and they stand by their work. Our service manager has a great relationship with the Murphy & Miller guys as well and they really feel like part of the building team!
The worst HVAC contractor you can find in Chicago. I have used them for seasonal maintenance for our store but once I had to make a service call as our a/c was not working correctly. They dispatched the tech who was literally there for 30 min and turned the circuit breaker back on. For this they were billing me $850 and 4.5 hrs, especially that i am a female business owner who isn't really familiar with AC systems. I can understand high rates for a dispatch but this is a complete fraud. The company seems to be running by the account managers and techs who work together to rip off customers and also get really rude once you present them with facts. I hope the management team takes a serious notice of this and tries to reviews the policies before every customer drops them as its HVAC vendor. For new clients especially women, please stay away for them as they will take advantage in every possible way.
