I belive pictures speak more than words. This is how they left property after doing dryer vent cleaning.. They leave the vent open for all birds, etc to go inside the vent and make their nests.. The attitude of support is very negative. I did not even ask them to do anything to correct it, but just to acknowledge, they will not share photos of their before/after work. They lack in their professionalism and will not take ownership of the work they do. Would not recommend this company.

Working with Mr. Duct was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. There was excellent customer service, and they beat quotes I received from other duct cleaning companies. The technician was professional and informative. He clearly explained everything he would be doing, and he left the house clean. He even received compliments from a employee of a competitor company that was at the house for other business. I am sure I will be using Mr. Duct's services again.

Friendly & efficient service. They did a good job. Get your ducts cleaned in February... they had a ton of promotions available and I got a great deal!

Well here goes. I just received a text from Mr. DUCT about wanting me to use their services again. I won't unfortunately! After realizing they missed a return in my kitchen which is probably the only duct that I notice on a daily basis since I have two doggies. Everyday, I unfortunately see the black gunk continue to blacken. I asked for them to please come out and make it right but I missed the 30 day warranty. Shame on me. Btw the one guy forgot his goggles here. No more Mr Duct from Skokie I was working at 2 different companies previously recommending them one being a hvac co. Please do not use this service. I am a loyal customer and will not be using them anymore! They should be called quack quack ducks because they missed the real duct found here. tdirtaextdisappoi. I

The service for my condo association was done well but trying to get email replies to concerns about the bill from their accounts payable people is impossible. Not worth the hassle going forward.

I got vents cleaned by Mr Duct in 2020, and they did unprofessional job. 1) Left a mess everywhere: dust, and drywall on the bed, and floor 2) Put the vents back crooked, and not secure 3) They put one of the vents back with DUCT TAP because they couldn't screw it in (this one actually fell off, what if someone was in there and fell on their head) 4) They stepped on one of the outflow pipe for AC, and forgot to reattach it

Review for air duct cleaning service done in 2022 The techs were lovely, and did a great job! I had Jose and Osbaldo the day of the job and they were exceptionally kind and did a great job, answering any questions that I had! On top of that, I saw results! I change my furnace filter every month and a half or so and, prior to them coming, one of my filters was almost black after 20 days. I just changed my filter, after probably 50 days or so, and it still looked almost brand new. So, great techs, and a great service.

NIGHTMARE! Some time after the duct cleaning process started on Wednesday, November 16th, I suddenly noticed what looked like a fog flowing though my living room. I ran down to the basement to inquire as to whether or not that was supposed to be happening. I don't remember the technician's answer, but I do remember running all over the house trying to cover sensitive things like my infant grandson's toys, linen and other surfaces that could really be messed up. A fine black dust covered everything in every room in my house. When I wiped my nose I found that my nostrils were black inside! I called Mr. Duct and explained what had happed and was told that they could not get anyone out to take a look until Friday night - 2 days later! When I started trying to clean my kitchen floor and had to use more than 21 swiffer wet pads that turned completely coal black before they finally were "only" dark gray, I realized how much damage had been done, so I called Mr. Duct several times about the gravity of the situation and asked them to come and take a look, but was told that no one would come until Friday night. While I did not have the resources or time to move out of my house for 2 days, I knew that staying was probably not a safe plan so I masked up and stayed anyway. In frustration I called several cleanup companies and contracted with ServPro to come the next day and clean. It cost me over $9,000. They sent a crew of 5 - 8 men working roughly 7 hours a day for 4 days to wash the ceilings, walls, blinds on the windows and patio door, framed pictures on the walls, bookcases and everything on them - including books and art) in every room. They had to steam clean wall to wall carpeting and stairs; remove area rugs and take them to their warehouse to be cleaned; clean all upholstered furniture (couches and chairs). Everything they used to clean, turned black! When the Mr. Duct representatives came to my home on Friday night with just 2 guys, I let them know what h

Do you enjoy a company being 4+ hours late? Then sign up for MR DUCT! Then, when you try and ask why they are running late, they will happily start an argument that you should be available until 9-10pm on a Friday waiting on them to clean (original timeframe was 8am-12pm). I asked the "lead" why he couldn't knock on our door and say they were running behind, please expect us to be 4+ hours late. His response: "It's not my job to do that. You should have come up to us and asked." We have jobs, and don't work for "Mr Duct,' so how would we be able to assume any of this information? Customer service: 0/5. Not worth the headache.

Had my dryer vent cleaning done for the first time. Kobe and Joseph were really great--friendly, professional, explained everything, and they even replaced the hose hookup to my dryer. Very pleased with the service and especially the technicians, especially Joseph who went the extra mile.

I used them to clean our A/C units for the apartment building I work for and I had them scheduled for over a week, they were suppose to be here between 10am-Noon and didn't show up til almost 2pm, we have a 3 story building which was told to them when speaking to them before hiring them to do the work and when the service tech shows up I show him what he has to do and he got to work, I leave to go home for the day leaving the other maintenance watch over him to get home and receive a phone call from their customer service( might I add that they were super rude and un professional) saying that he was pulling the tech from the job cause he doesn't have the right stuff to do the job and pretty much yelling at me telling me that anything over 2 stories is a 2 person job, which (let me add that again that I told the lady on the phone that this was a three story building and one of the units that had to be fixed was on the 3rd floor,) isn't my fault that your company didn't inform you of that, so needless to say that they didn't even try to finish the other ones they just pulled him from the job and that was it. very unprofessional. I wouldn't waste your time.

Awful experience, they ruined the top of my dryer and left a mess all over my laundry room.. their customer service agent was not helpful either. Our HOA will never use them again..find a better contractor for this service and avoid the headache

Eric and his partner were kind, patient with my curious twins and professional. They got right to work and before I knew it they were done and let me know of a few things that would help to keep from hindering the function of our dryer. They exceeded expectations set at my first interaction with the company four years ago and I will continue to recommend Tempe Duct Cleaning.

The service tech was on time and polite. However, maybe I'm confused as to what to of expected. I expected to see the vacuum's collection of dirt and dust. I didnt spy on on tech but the the few times I did see him remove the hose, it only only about 2 feet of hose and the hose didn't have any sort of brush on the end. It was just a piece of rubber flapping around due to air pressure. I feel like it wasn't a thorough job, am i missing something?

Poor quality dryer vent cleaning - the hose came off on both ends two days after the unit was serviced and I ended up using a vacuum to clean up what they didn't. Refunded $50 for the inconvenience. Beware of markup on parts. If you're at handy at all, buy the capacitor for $3 instead of their $130 price - guessing this is one of the typical upsells that they target. The whole experience left me with a poor impression of how they do business.

Good service at a good price. My furnace was due for a service. It was turning on but the flames weren't kicking on. They came and checked it out. Initially they thought it might be the ignitor but then another tech found and fixed the problem, which was a blockage to the motor, so I didn't need to replace the ignitor. Overall to clean it up, check all other components and fix the problem, it only came out to $218. On top of that the techs were helpful and answered my questions. They were easy to work with. I learned a lot and feel more confident about furnace issues going forward. I'll definitely be calling them out every year from now on to service my furnace.

Now that Mr. Duct "cleaned" our ductwork, the air quality in our home when the AC is on is 100x worse. While they were polite and on-time, don't try to save a penny by using this company. You'll regret it later and just end up having to pay another company to do it again.

Entirely professional operation. Responsive to first call. Reasonable estimate. On time. Solution to originally non-apparent issue and reasonable cost to address it. Highly recommend this service, and in particular the guys who came out on our job were great.
