Matthew from Miron was awesome. They were busy in the winter but remembered me and called me back when available and sent out Lukasz to tune up my furnace, and heat pump and humidifier. Lukasz was amazing and professional. He helped explain things to me and was very nice. I will definitely be using them in the future. Fair pricing and clean work.

I trust these guys to do what’s best for our HVAC system and appreciate the level of detail they go through for our seasonal cleanings! Robert has been responsive at all hours of the day and night when we needed him, and Lukas works very hard and carefully every time he’s in the house.
From Matthew, who is in the office, to Robert who came to my house for estimate and then, ultimately installed the new heater, everyone I dealt with was very professional and extremely informative and very nice. Robert was very informative. My husband ended up in the hospital and Robert offered to come back when he gets out to demonstrate the features on the furnace and thermostat. I recommend Myron heating highly. Also, it was the best price!.
My experiences with Miron have always been great. They are professional, efficient, and kind. The latest person to service our heater, wore slippers over his boots, identified the issue and covered the details with me, and resolved my problem quickly. Miron personnel record all the aspects of their work creating a though record of each visit. They also provide recommendations for best HVAC practices. Lastly, they got our call on the coldest Chicago day this December. They were swamped and were able to provide us service same day. Would recommend them to anyone.
I called the day before Christmas Eve and they came the next day. They came during the window they stated and were very professional. Handled the issue quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.

Expensive and not transparent on what I was being charged. My piece of advice, if you decide to work with them ask for a very detailed billing (parts, service and even tax).

Been using Miron for several years now. Trust them to tell me the truth and appreciate that they let me make the final decision after outlining the pros / cons of recommended repairs or new parts.
routine fall maintenance was performed by Lucas. He checked over all components of the system and made an extra effort to make sure that I understood the workings of the system and what I could do myself to keep it in optimal working order.
