Minutes Emergency has repeatedly exceeded our expectations on a number of commercials (I am an architect) and residential projects. No matter the challenges, they are responsive, and professional and bring both expertise and creative problem-solving to the table. I will never use anyone else in Chicago for HVAC work!

I was referred to this company by my neighbor, and I am so glad I went! They were able to solve my heating and cooling problems in a timely manner, and they were very friendly. They offered me a free estimate on some other work that I needed done, and now I'm saving money because of it!
They had excellent communication and prompt service. They setup an immediate appointment and said it the work will last for only 3 hours. They sent two techs who arrived within one hour as promised. They were highly skilled and managed to fix the issue. We will use again and recommend more clients to them.
Their technician was professional and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure that we understood what was happening and even walked up through some trouble shooting over the phone. They had incredible customer service and highly recommend their services.

The technician was very professional. He showed up within the specified timeframe and did a very thorough job. We had a vent cleaning but he also showed us what else needed to be done to maintain our AC without trying to “sell us” I would recommend Minutes Emergency Heating and Air company.

Used them twice, they showed up on time and charged a very reasonable fee and fixed problem quickly. They know what they are doing! Called labor day weekend. They showed up that same day, very friendly employees. They did have to come back later that week for issue that I would have hoped they found on first visit but worked with us on the fees.
Greg promptly diagnosed two distinct causes and fixed one of the units on the spot. The other unit required more extensive service. He arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work within the estimated time and budget. Knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend.
Had them for installation of both our air conditioner and heater and the installers they sent were professional, congenial, and able to answer any questions. They have also advised me of things that needed to be addressed and explained why. I appreciate how courteous and conscientious they all are. Great service and products. Highly recommended!!
