I was very pleased with McCarthy Heating & Cooling and the quality of work done by their technician. He identified the issue right away and offered a solution that did not break the bank. Also, in the world of Covid he wore a mask and respected our home. I highly recommend this company and I know that I will call on them again for any heating or air needs.

The service tech came out and explained everything in detail. How the system operates, how to maintain the system, and what to look for when the system is having minor problems to prevent major ones. The service tech was very professional and trustworthy. As you can see, I'm pleased with the service.

Wonderful service! John did a great job coming to see why our AC wasn’t cooling down our house. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He listened to our needs and made sure all of our questions were answered. Couldn't be happier!!
It has been a pleasure to deal with this company. I've worked in the repair as well as the sales divisions. The technician is knowledgeable, direct, and efficient. Despite being incredibly busy, they were able to arrange maintenance and installation with ease, and they were able to get answers when problems arose. He provided me with a very fair quote, and the product was presented to me in the form of a quote. In the office, the employees who answer the phones are friendly and helpful. McCarthy Heating & Cooling is a company I will continue to utilize.

We have been using this company for about 7 years now, and they are great at what they do, they are honest, and trustworthy, and fairly priced. Second time I have used this company. The first time I was impressed with the tech that came out and repaired our furnace. Didn't know that they set the bar so high on everything. Because of that I didn't hesitate to call them again. They replaced the Lennox unit with a Goodman at no cost to us and it is very quiet. They offered to replace the unit because they felt it would be the best solution. Thank you guys for caring about your customers and everything you do to keep us happy!
Jim was the technician who came and serviced our unit. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Jim took his time in explaining the problem and the options to fix the matter. I appreciated his experience and wisdom. I felt like I could trust his judgement because he took his time in explaining the problems. My AC unit broke down at the beginning of a hot sunny Saturday.Called another company and they said the whole unit need to be changed. Called McCarthy Heating & Cooling to seek a second opinion and I was amazed that it could still be repaired.They saved me hundreds of bucks by and left it working better than I thought. Thumbs up!!
Their two amazing Jim and Alan have been to my house to check on problem with my furnace. They are very professional and knowledgeable and goes out of their way to ensure sure that the problem with my furnace was resolved promptly. Thumbs up guys!!
