The technician from Levine Heating and Cooling dropped by to give a free estimate for unbalanced airflow issues in our HVAC. While he was in the attic inspecting the issue, he realized he could easily fix the issue by adjusting the airflow dampeners, and he did it without asking for any charge. His effort immediately added value to us.

Awful experience, this may not be a real company... They are simply finding customers for HVAC service repairmen in the area and then filling the jobs on an ad hoc basis. I hired this company because I THOUGHT they were local to Chicago. Their dispatcher didnt follow the instructions I gave them. The technician showed up, took one look, and then left without servicing the unit. THEY FARM OUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE overseas, so if something goes wrong, it's impossible to speak with a supervisor or technician. Do not hire unless you want a headache. 5 days after I called them, still no heat in my home.
I would highly suggest Levine Heating and Cooling company to everyone I know since they are really reasonable and provide good service. James was extremely professional and considerate. He performed an amazing job. Fully recommended!
Paid $99 for a technician to come out and tell me I needed a new board for $1200 + labor. Called another HVAC company and they fixed it in an hour, turns out a cable had come loose.
Wow. I'm blown away at the level of service that they provide - our AC was out and tech came over quickly and within a couple minutes knew what was wrong and he was able to get the AC back on quickly. He then walked me through what he did so I knew what was going on and provided some great suggestions.
Levine Heating & Cooling crew did a commendable work on the install of my furnace unit. They kept me up to date about arrival times and took the time to clarify everything new about the unit. They answered any questions I had and were competent and kind round the whole installation!!

Our technician was prompt and professional. He was able to diagnosis the issue and explained all of our options thoroughly. Although we decided to wait on the repair, they educated us on the cause of the issue and what is needed to repair it. Would definitely recommend them.
Our central air system stopped working during a heat wave. Called Levine Heating & Cooling and they were able to come the same day. They had our system working very quickly. We were very impressed with their fast response.Will highly recommend.
Very pleased with Joe. He did a thorough inspection and made some minor repairs while he was at it. Nice efficient use of time. Showed me the air filter, how to replace it on my own, and which size to buy. I was happy with Levine Heating & Cooling installation last year and now happy with annual inspection.
Joe was came today for AC cleaning. Was on-time, courteous, and took the time to show everything that he was doing. When problems found he took the time to explain them and give all possible solutions. He explained thoroughly the pros and cons of each option but was not pushy.
