The repairman came 10 mins before the scheduled time after calling and was very polite and professional. He went on the roof to check the a/c unit and came back and told me the verdict. Said he is willing to work with me in replacing the unit and that there are financing options. I highly recommend Larkin Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of a heating and cooling company.
After previously having my A/C installed incorrectly from different contractors who ruined my home we were left without A/C for the whole summer until Larkin Heating & Cooling came. Technician’s Chris and Dan came to fix my A/C problem. Steve came in to complete our annual furnace maintenance. Henry was on time, friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you for a great job! They installed it correctly and now my A/C finally works!

I just had the best experience with Larkin Heating & Cooling. I called them because I'd been having a lot of problems with my heating and cooling system, and they came to my house the next day. They were so quick, and they were so friendly! They spent hours fixing my problem and explained everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated.
I had an emergency with my furnace that needed to be dealt with right away, and the technicians at Larkin were able to come out within 24 hours of me calling. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly—and they did a great job!
Repairman wanted to charge $600 to replace an ignitor that costs $30 and takes 15 minutes to replace.
The technician was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He checked over our water softener and unfortunately it needed to be replaced. Lucky for us he came prepared and had a new one with him in the truck. He had the old one out and the new one installed in half an hour. I could not ask for a better experience.
I called to set up a visit for a hvac inspection and routine maintenance visit. The guy on the phone told me they were running a special for $150 that covers everything. After they tech came out and did his inspection he pulled out his phone and charged me an additional $200. If you need to trick people into using your service you are absolutely doing something wrong. Just be upfront about the real costs. I probably still would have went with this company if they said it was $350 from the start but the shady business practices leave a bad taste in my mouth.
This business is a scam. I scheduled them to come and fix my furnace because it wasn't working. The repairmen diagnosed the problem as needing a gas valve and wanted to charge approximately $1200.00, they also recommended that I needed a new furnace. My wife and I checked with another company and they fixed the issue for $300.00 The servicemen also dislodged a PVC pipe connecting my ejector pump and I had to call another company to fix that. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY, they are absolutely horrible.
Had George come by to do a general service! Very upfront and honest guy. I have had other companies come in the past and now I will be Henson Heating & Air Conditioning only from now on!!! I I know when I need a new system Larkin Heating & Cooling will be my only choice!!!!!! A+ service and will hire again.
A job that was supposed to take all day, got done in less than 5 hours! The company sent out extra workers to get the job done as fast as possible. Thanks to Larkin ! They were extremely professional and friendly. They went above and beyond. After replacing our heating system, they cleaned our vents and provided us with step by step updates as they worked. Larkin gets an A+ from my family and I!
John was immensely helpful. He was upfront about everything from the beginning, was thorough in his diagnostic and gave me a substantial list of options for my repair needs. NO NO NO! I am part of a local business and our AC went out mid summer and wanted to find a local place that could help with repairs. We decided to go with this company, when we called they answered promptly and told me there would be a technician from 3 to 7 that day. We were so relieved because we had many clients the following day and needed this done ASAP. 7 PM rolls around......... Noone had come and then I call and they say no technician was assigned to my case and the earliest they may be able to come back was two days later. We are half a mile away..... Needless to say we wasted two business days going through larkin and lost a lot of money and respect for this company!
